"It took three visits to install 2 simple honeycomb shades and one door shade. This was not the fault of the installer, who was excellent, but mix ups in the making of the shades. First there was a "typo" that resulted in inside mount instead of outside mount. Then the factory made the wrong size honeycomb for the big shades. Finally on the last visit the installer had to change a left pull to a right pull and shave off the side of one shade. Again, the installer was excellent. Job done. Happy with the results, finally. "

"There was a mistake on their website that caused the order to be filled wrong. I ordered tilt left/lift right on the order form and it appeared as tilt right/lift right on the invoice, then didn't even print out on the final invoice. The blinds came very fast but were not what I wanted. I took them to the local store and they sent them back for me but I have not received any word on when they will be ready."
