"I had a great experience with Nextdayblinds.com. I quickly found exactly what I was looking for on their website and was able to match the color of the shade I ordered to my existing shades. Communication from Nexdayblinds.com was great - not too much, not too little. My new shade arrived on the day they had quoted, and I was able to install it with no problem at all. The shade is of great quality at a lower price than the original I replaced. Great company!"
"One of 4 blinds was damaged at the factory before it was packed. One slat was splintered and not stained. Broken pieces in the head rail. Website was extremely unfriendly and rather primitive. Options were not explained well or at all. Customer service was notified of the problems and they did not offer any resolution. Poor company. Buyer beware."
"The order process is really easy, although the pictures on the website could use a little work, they are very small and kind of blurry, so that you don't really see details.
The delivery was very fast. I ordered on Friday, had the the shades delivered by FedEx on Tuesday.
The installation is not so easy, since somehow NextDayBlinds takes off quite a bit from your original window casing measurements. This meant for me that the shades were almost not wide enough to actually install them properly. Accurate measurement of your window casings, especially the width is the most important.
They also had forgotten to include one of the brackets for installation, and did not react on the message I had sent them. So, I called and the brackets arrived the next day."
"I would have liked to have had the opportunity to order the length of wand that I needed. I needed a MUCH longer wand for my blinds than the one provided. Luckily, I live close to a NDB store, and they ordered one for me at no cost."
"I was able to order dubfold option online and then after a couple of days i didn't receive a shipment date I called and was told the order hadn't even processed, I gave the rep. my order # and then she informed me that the dubfold option was no longer available on the style I order. I feel they need to update their system to not allow you to order something that is no longer available or at least give some type of error code, as my order completed with an order confirmation and order #, but was sitting in limbo with no ones knowledge until I called."

"I ordered on a Weds before 2 and was told my order would ship on Thurs with a 2 day FEDEX delivery. I called on Monday and it took several minutes with a less than cordial employee to be told I would get it the next day. I paid extra to purchase from this company with am expectation of delivery on Saturday at the latest. "
