"This store has very bad buisness practices. I had placed an order befor, It was lost in shipping and it took me 2 weeks to get them to track it and 2 more to have them ship a replacement. When it finaly arrived, the software was useless and they would not answer me about the issue. I called them about the problem and thgey would not even assist me.
This order I placed was never shipped and was cancelled by them because of the previous problem. They are not reputable and not trustable and have no support for the cheap junk they sell."

"Recd. GL607 ON dEC. 6TH,08. Spent the next 5 hrs. checking all componets and assembling. After full assembly was compelete did I determine, that neither the right or left wing servo would function, both defective. Tried to call NITRO/MODELS-Closed on Sat. Dec. 6th. At this time, the Katalina if fully assembled, and every thing either glued, or epoxyed. I'm pretty disgusted, and will try to contact Nitro/Models later. Otherwise, I've got a bunch of Styro Form Parts."

"I've searched for RC aircraft all over the internet for almost a week trying to find the best deal and with all honesty, nitroplanes.com had the best deals. Even after shipping costs their costs were still lower than anyone else's.

What surprised me the most was how fast my product came to my house. I ordered on Saturday (mind you, Thanksgiving weekend) and everything came on Tuesday. I was shocked. That's incredibly fast.

"Great prices!...I placed an order on 11-28-08 & was billed on same day.
Following Wednesday UPS tracking indicated package status as "billing information received" (package that has not left from their premises)
The item was not out of stock when the order was placed. I was confused waiting for UPS to "update" their billing info for package status through the week for progress is shipping.
Package did arrived on time, though I was a bit worried."

"The item looked great on the website but upon inspection I see:
1) that the paint job on the fuse does not match the other items that need to be mounted later,
2) the masking job around the windows and such are very shaby like little pieces of tape were just thrown on and does not even match the angle or correct size of the window opening,
3) the directions have a lot to be desired because it is quite generic and not detailed at all... including the specific measurments for the placement of the four motors on the wings which are totally left up in the air,
4) I ordered the four motors that was "suggested and sold" by Nitroplanes and when I contacted them about the prop adapters for those motors they really couldn't help me and then ended the IMing without even letting me know.

If this is the standard NitroPlane airplane and tech support there's quite a bit of improvements that can be made all around and after seeing their products I rather wait and pay 450.00 for quality than 200.00 for an eye sore that has a mismatched thrown on paint job that doesn't even come close to the coating on the fuse........ I sure won't be ordering from them again. "

"P51 Mustang .Not happy at all . Add was misleading ,said plane had a fiberglass fuse ,is wood . Plane arrived with a damaged wing and fuse .Emailed Nitro 3 times with out a response .On first flight rudder servo mount came off causing crash ,was able to fix plane .Had to replace retracts right from day one because they where so flimsy . The amount of money I have had to spend on retracks and covering and my time makes this model very expensive .I guess you get what you pay for .
