"On dec 11, 2008 I purchased three RC helicopters from Nitroplanes.com to give to my children for Christmas.Wdhen they opened them on Christmas day two of the helis worked OK but one didn't the tail rotor motor wouldn't turn.After maybe an hour one of the controllers started to smoke and died. The next day the main rotor on another heli stoped working and two days later the last helicopter died. This wouldn't bother me so much, but for the fact that someone else bought them helicopters from a local department store. They were similar but the ones bought locally cost about half as much and have been flying perfectally for a week now. I E-mailed nitroplanes.com about this on dec. 26 and today is the 31st. and after numerous attempts to call and contact them online I still haven't heard from them."

"I got the p51d green brushed, this is my first plane havent got it in the air yet the tail fin was damaged when I received it. I emailed nitro planes and they said they were going to ship a new one out. Other than that he plane is great looks great, and when together fairly easily. There was a little more assmible than I thought there would be but nothing to over whelming. I will try to update this if/when I get the new tail."

"I ordered the flight simulator, was very pleased with quick shipment. After researching many different types of electric ducted fan jets (RTF) I ordered the SR-71 with a estimated ship date of 1 DEC. I placed the order and completed many hours reading and watching videos of this Jet. I feel I have wasted my time when I was sent an Email that my order was canceled. I understand if the Jet was not going to come in but I think they should have given me the choice to keep my order in until the Jet came in or a discount coupon for a different Jet of my choice. I feel I have to start the whole process researching or finding another company that stocks the plane which I think will be a pain at this point. I am in the Customer Service Auto Industry and we will do what is necessary to keep the Customer coming back. "
