When my order arrived it was in very good shape and looked even better than the pictures on their website.
The plane had some missing parts when I opened it for inspection. I e-mailed Nitro Planes and they sent me the missing parts immediately.

"This is the worst online company I have done bussiness with!!! I ordered a plane on 02-05-09 and I saw by the Ups tracking number that it never left their store. On 02-11-09 I contacted them to cancel my order. I felt that I could't trust this company to ship me out what I have puchased how can I trust them if there was a problem. I contacted them via their live online help line which they did state the order was going to be canceled and I would be refunded. They said it would take approx. 7 days. I recived a follow up e-mail stating they were going to cancel my order and refund me. Now it is 1 week later they didn't cancel my order, I did not get a refund, I did get the plane that I told them I no longer want and they said it was going to be canceled."

"The order process is easy and quick, delivery in less than a week. The quality of their products could be better. I purchased 2 sailplanes, 1) I have been waiting for over a month for a replacement rudder( rudder was twisted deeming it useless)I was told numerous times the replacement is on the way when it wasnt. (online chat) 2) I purchased a 2.6m sailplane started to assemble got all 5 servos in the fuse installed the stabalizer and noticed a (approx) 6 degree twist to right of the vertical fin deeming this sailplane un-flyable. I spoke with the online chat and was givin a RMA to return it for a refund. How long that may take is unknown. I have purchased 7 aircraft from this company 3 of which have had problems with twisting in the fuselage, I was able to repair 1 (Mosquito) the others 1) still waiting for replacement parts 1) I am returning. I would like to note that I flew the Omei ( electric sailplane) for 4yrs before the the wing failed in flight. I do like the replacement for the Omei in the Kunlun for which I am still awaiting parts, I look forward to hopefully enjoy flying it for a few years."

"Well i was pleased with my purchase but after my 2nd flight i was flying the plane and after about 3 min into the flight the controller lost signal with the plane in the middle of a turn and sent my plane crashing into the ground.... "Order processed well enough; two planes purchased. The Catalina needs better instructions and materials to make it complete enough for use on water. The A-10 Nimh battery never held a full charge and my email to Nitro met with a response to call customer service, with whom I never was able to succeed in getting a phone connection when I was available to try. Since then, I've given up and plan to get a lipo battery instead. Overall the planes were a good value, especially being purchased on "Black Friday." Customer service could certainly be better, though."
