"I am satisfied with all of the products that I ordered from AccessMicro; however, their service is substandard. I placed a $1300 order (not impressive, but still substantial) and of that order about 5 items were out of stock supposedly to arrive within a week. What made me slightly mad was that ALL of the products I ordered, and I placed my order online, were listed as instock on the website. I also chose to pay extra for 2 day shipping to insure that I received everything by the end of the week. After 3 days with an order status of "In Progress" I called the company and was told that some things were out of stock. When I informed them that this information was NOT on the website I got an answer implying that that was not there fault and I would have to deal with it. Obviously I didn't want out of stock items or I would not have chosen 2nd day shipping. After revising my order, it was promptly shipped, however I had to go to the delivery company myself to pick up my package not that there had been a significant delay and I still needed the items by the end of the week. I will still say that the products themselves and the shipping company were all to my satisfaction, but the AccessMicro service needs a few major fixes to stay in good favor--mainly, update the website in a TIMELY fashion or send a notification if out of stock or backordered items have been purchased."
