" Had a great buying experience. Bought the Aria model and the product is terrific as well. Only difficulty I have is getting out of the bed in the morning. It feels so good and comforting that I could spend all day there.
Customer service answered all my questions regarding using my current foundation. They asked for me to send pictures so they could be evaluate it and assured me my current foundation was fine. All this was over a weekend and despite the fact that they sell foundations as well.
The bed arrived on an accelerated schedule since I was leaving for vacation and the set up was very quick.

"I ordered a Sonata bed from Novosbed after doing a little online research. I was looking for a firm mattress and I can say that it is as described.
I wanted a memory foam bed and I didn't want to pay thousands of dollars for one. I liked how simple the process was. Their trial and return policy sounded straight forward. I thought- why the heck not?
After ordering my mattress online, I received great communication from the customer service folks. The bed I ordered was originally out of stock, but then I got a call that someone had changed their ordered. Everyone I've spoken to and emailed has been SO nice.
