"My husband and I both have arthritis and have purchased 5 beds in the last 7 years trying to find comfort for achy joints.  Then we purchased a king size Novosbed Harmony.  The mattress is exactly as described.  It's comfortable, supportive, no motion transfer when the other person turns and it stays COOL!  Really - it does - I was skeptical too!  For those paying mega bucks to Novosbed's competition, I can only hope you are as extremely satisfied as we are!

So far I am very please with it.
The medium firmness (as described on the website) is perfect for me.
Came with a set of free pillows as well.
The mattress was shipped in a sturdy box , well protected.
Installation was a breeze , just follow the instructions.
Overall , a quality product at an affordable price and made in the USA.
The website has good enough details to make an informed decision on which mattress to pick.
Customer service is very good as well , good follow up on shipping information and a call after the mattress was delivered to make sure I was satisfied.

"This is my first online purchase of mattress. I have to admit that I am a bit doubtful because I am not able to see and feel the product prior to pay for it.

Upon received the mattress, tried it and I know I am the winner.This one is also my first mattress made of memory foam, it takes me a week of time to get used to it (switching from traditional spring-based mattress to memory foam).

"My previous bed was causing me pain, and my sister had great experience with a $4,000 memory foam bed. Not having 4 big ones to hand I searched for memory foam suppliers thinking I could make my own much cheaper. But, no chance. Have you seen the price of memory foam! However a link to Novosbed came up and the prices were great. After chatting with a very helpful customer service on their website I figured the Harmony would suit me best. It was delivered exactly as specified, and once out of the box the mattress swelled to full size in a couple of hours. It looked great, exactly as pictured, and compared very favourably to the expensive MF beds I had seen in show rooms but at 1/4 to 1/3 the price. Also,there was very little off-gassing. The first couple of night I was a little disappointed because I thought the Harmony would be really really soft, but it was firmer than I had imagined. Now to be fair this might be due to the extreme cold the mattress was subjected to during shipping. But after 2 or 3 nights I was getting the best sleep I'd had in years, and waking up with no back pain.

I would definitely recommend Novosbed, for price, quality, delivery time and customer service. But I would also recommend really chatting with the CSR reps online who are very willing to answer all your questions. Thanks Caitlin! And also perhaps do some comparison shopping with competitors mattresses in the stores so you get an idea of what kind of firmness etc you want.

"We purchased the Aria in Dec. of 2013. We have been looking an evaluating various mattresses for sometime. So far so good. Delivery went well. Unrolled the mattress on top of our box spring and allowed it to expand and air out for a couple of days before putting it to use. Did not notice any odor other then a small amount at the beginning of rolling it out.

Initial night was a little more firm then we expected, so decided to kneel all over the bed to loosen it up a bit and that seemed to help. Also the temp in our bedroom is about 55F so that makes for a little more firmness when first lying down but softens up with body heat.

I have a low back issue and am very sensitive to mattresses that don't provide adequate support. So far my low back has felt great with no issues. I would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone looking for a comfortable supportive mattress."
