"When I moved and needed a new bed, I researched carefully. I knew that I liked the Serta icloud for comfort but did NOT like their high price. Then, I found a review about Novos Bed. I really appreciated the online comparison between your harmony bed and the icloud. Although it seemed a bit strange to buy a bed I hadn't physically tried, your 120 day trial policy and free shipping convinced me to give the Novos Bed a try. I called your customer service for information about shipping and they were courteous and extremely helpful.

I needed my bed to arrive on a particular day to coincide with my move. It arrived right on time. As promised it was easy to unwrap and in fact I did it myself and I am a 65 year old woman. I just needed help to lift it onto the bed frame.

My first night's sleep was wonderful. In fact, back aches that I have had for years have faded almost completely away. I love my new bed, appreciate the great customer service and would recommend a Novos Bed to anyone thinking of buying a new bed.

"I am very happy to write a review for our new king size Sonata & Folding Foundation. I have had a back injury since I was 16 from a car accident but did not realize until I was 24. This injury was between 3 vertebrae on my spine. Later on I injured my lower back muscles so bad they would never fully heal. Between these 2 injuries I have not slept well in years, and was convinced that it was just life. I could never lay in one position for more than an hour or so and when I did have to move the pain was excruciating. Then settle for a bit more and move and so on...maybe 8 or more times during the night. I never really felt rested.Then my husband started to wake up with a sore back every morning. So I thought it might be a good idea to try a new bed. WELL....LET ME TELL YOU!! WOW!! After only sleeping on the bed for 8 nights, sleep has changed drastically for myself and my husband. It did take some time adjusting from coils to foam, small price to pay. For myself, I still have to move during the night to keep my back comfortable but not near so much, maybe 2-3 times max. When I do move I am not in much pain at all. One more thing to note - I usually go to bed before my husband and when he would come to bed he would usually wake me up from getting on the coil spring mattress. Now I never know when he comes to bed, no noise, no movement. We have had the bed over a month now. I have not heard a peep of his back hurting either. We would recommend this to anyone with back trouble or not, theres nothing to lose here!! Awesome!!

I want to clarify, the reason there are so many reviews for Novosbed on this site is because a month after your purchase Novosbed asks customers to give a review on this site. This also explains why there are so many reviewers with only 1-2 reviews. So yes, I am a real person, and my experience has been fantastic!

After doing a bunch of research online, I decided to try Novosbed out for two reasons. First off, they have a really good return policy. After calling them up and asking a few questions, I learned that they would actually schedule a pickup for your bed if you didn't like it in the 60-90 day period.

The second reason I stuck with Novosbed is because it seems you get a lot of bang for your buck. I can assure everyone reading this that both these points have turned out to be a hundred percent true. I bought the classic, and I love it. It's a really comfortable bed, and it definitely seems to be made of high quality materials. My girlfriend has an Ikea memory foam bed, and the difference between hers and mine is night and day.

The classic is perfect for me - firm but not too firm, and very comfortable. Ordering was painless, shipping was extremely fast, and the experience was great. There was an initial "off-gassing" odor, but it went away in about a day. I have had NO problems with overheating. All in all, I would definitely recommend Novosbed to any of my friends."
