"This is my unsolicited, unremunerated review of my Novosbed Twin Classic that I purchased a few months ago.

In short - I love this bed; it is a great bed at a great price.

I already own a King size Tempurpedic bed; The Novosbed is just as good as or better than my Tempur-pedic bed. I was very skeptical at first and hesitant to buy this bed from an internet store but after checking with the better business bureau (BBB) seeing their “A+” rating and chatting with Novosbed’s representative on their two way free shipping policy I had really nothing to lose.

I purchased the bed and was provided with a tracking number on Monday, a few days later the bed arrived to my home. It is important to note that on the day it arrived the temperature outside was minus 35 degrees Celsius. I unpacked the box and removed some of the vacuum plastic wrapping to allow it to expand without trying to force the bed open because part of it was partially frozen solid. I was worried the cold had damaged the bed but the next morning the bed had thawed and had unfolded to its full size. I was amazed that it originally fit into the little box it came in.

PROS:
• Very comfortable, firm, slow contouring mattress.
• Just as good as my Tempur-pedic.
• Less than half the price than Tempur-pedic.
• Novosbed uses high quality density memory foam
• Great customer service and return policy
• Fast delivery

CONS:
• I wish I had known about Novosbed before I bought my King size Tempur-pedic bed, I could have saved enough for a trip to the Caribbean.
• I cannot think of any cons.

I was a little skeptical about ordering a memory foam mattress online without actually laying down and feeling the mattress.
After reading into the company and there money back guarantee, I decided to take a chance.
And wow...I am speechless about there customer service, the quality and comfort of the Queen Harmony I purchased and the Queen Wooden foundation as well.
It took a few nights for the memory foam to become softer and it is now the MOST comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. And the the price...astonishing!!!
The wooden foundation was VERY easy to setup (20 mins).
Great detailed instructions.
After placing the order I had received everything within 3 days.
Amazing service!!!
And yes, the 2 free memory foam pillows are great as well.

"We had a typical Queen sized spring mattress with a pillowtop we bought at The Brick for $1800, we thought we had purchased a great bed. After a few months we noticed our body impressions in the bed and we both started having bad sleeps, we'd roll into the divids our body's had made, this went on for 4 years. We found Novosbed online and I figured we'd give it a shot because of the awesome return policy. We purchased the Aria in a King, wow, since the first night we've been so happy we took a chance ordering online, I will NEVER go back to a spring style mattress.

If you're reading this to do your homework on the purchase of a new bed, good on you, it's a big decition. I was you in January, a little unsure about buying online without trying it out first, but I read lots of reviews like the one I am writing now and taking the plunge and buying it was the best thing I've ever done. The customer service we recieved was amazing, Caitlin was super helpful. The bed arrived in just days and showed up when it was supposed to, and it was super easy to put the wood frame together too, took me maybe 30 min with the use of a drill (lots of screws).

Overall, we are extremely happy with our bed, my only regret is not buying one sooner, I haven't been getting neck pain lately which is something I've been dealing with for a long time. The bed takes the shape of your body so there are no pressure points, I don't toss and turn as much as you don't feel your partner moving around. It's nice to find a company and a product that deliver on all fronts, no gimmicks, just a great product and great customer service. I highly recommend. "

"We bought a Sonata bed and live in a remote location. I asked if there was an added shipping fee due tot he remote location and they looked into it and it was minimal. Very good communications with Novosbed! The bed came packaged very well. we followed the instructions on unpacking it and it was very easy! Both my wife and I love this mattress and have had no issues with it what so ever. Overall an excellent experience for us which I can not say from other online dealings we have had due to living out here in a remote location! Thanks Novosbed!"

"What can I say about Novosbed ? There great. The customer service was great.Thank you Caitlin and Gaillie. I had a defected Sonata bed and was able to exchange it for a queen Aria bed (plus upgrade charge) The Aria is great bed,should of gone with this one all along.A much softer feel to it. I love how you don't feel your partners movement. Make sure you go out and compare the beds so you know what you like before you purchase one. Wife and I will never go back to a innerspring mattress. In all the reviews read no mention of how sex is on a memory foam mattress.It's easier on your knees (wink,wink)
To sum it all up I highly recomend the purchase of a Aria bed from Novosbed can't beat the price or trial. I will be purchasing another Novosbed in the very near future.

"We had previous challenges finding the right mattress for home because of low back issues. When we needed a new mattress for our cabin, we decided to risk the online ordering with Novosbed. I spoke to a customer service rep to determine which model to choose. We bought the classic model and the quality is fantastic. The mattress is relatively firm and yet very comfortable, with no back pain at all. At first, it seemed a bit too firm with pressure on hips and knees noticeable, but that is fine now. I will definitely buy my next mattresses from Novosbed and highly recommend. The box spring is genius. "My wife and I purchased a king size bedframe and needed a new mattress. I am a very light sleeper and I need a considerable amount of support/firmness in a 'normal bed' - I am also a side sleeper. Its been a coupld months and I am finding the bed to be excellent. We selected the Classic as it had the most firmness and this has been great for me. We opted to get foundations from another vendor - and they have worked out perfectly.

If there are any downsides - the smell of the mattress lasted a little longer than I expected but it was not overpowering. And the mattress is very heavy so it takes a team of two to move it upstairs to a bedroom. Once in place, it is fine.
