" I recently ordered a queen mattress from Novosbed.com after much research and debating and I COULDNT BE HAPPIER with my decision!

this mattress is literally a dream come true, I've been battling with nerve damage in my lower back and right leg ever since returning from Afghanistan and I can honeslty say this is the best sleep I've ever had. I woke up WITHOUT any of the unbearable pain and stiffness I've been suffering through everyday and on top of that I'm able to sleep through the night without tossing and turning and feeling restless.

It may of course take a couple days to adjust to for someone used to a spring mattress but it's worth every cent, especially for the price it's practically a steal!

The process was very simple, the shipping was shockingly fast and the customer service exceptional. I waited the 3-5 days allowing the mattress to breath and air out and haven't experienced a problem since. "

"It took me 6 months to talk my husband into buying a memory foam mattress and the sale and stats on the mattress at Novosbed finally did the trick and he gave in. We had gone through 3 brand new (not inexpensive) conventional mattresses in about 7 yrs. At King size they all seemed to create a big hump in the middle after awhile. I preferred to order my new novosbed mattress by phone and Gaille was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of her way calling me back at different phone no's. and different times. The mattress was finally ordered and took about a week to come. It arrived in the evening and we thought we'd wait til morning to set it up. My husband brought the unopened package into our bedroom and left for work. I struggled a little to open and set it up myself... but I did it and was so exited to watch it expand to fit our box springs. There was no odor and only took a couple of hours to fully expand. Waking up after our first morning on the mattress was not as I expected. My husband said he really liked the way he slept but I was a mess. My whole body ached. But after talking to a few people and doing some research online I decided to ride it out for awhile and see if I could get used to it. A few people said it was giving me a chiropractic adjustment and that was why I ached so much. Well am I glad I gave it some time. I Love, love, love, my new mattress and my husband continues to love it. It is hard and soft at the same time if you can understand that. We know that we will never go back to a conventional mattress again and Novosbed seems to be a great buy. Well worth the money. We have no regrets. "

"I have been using memory foam mattress for nearly 10 years and done extensive research before placing this order. The mattress was made by one of the leading foam manufacture, the specs listed on their website are accurate and the quality is very good. The sales was an extra bonus.

If I have to come up with one complaint, the 4-inch memory foam layer is a little excessive. Memory foam are temperature sensitive, it's cold and firm when you go to bed, but warm up over night and becomes much softer in the morning. Unless you are a very curvy side sleeper, most people do not have the body profile to accommodate that amount of softness underneath. So you end up sinking too deep into the soft foam before reaching the bottom layers for support.

Really wish there were a 3 inch version. The overall feel of the mattress should be controlled using support layers rather than memory foam. There are also many options to soft things up with cover, quilt and topper. But if it's too soft to begin with and continue softening over time, it's very hard to go the other way around.

"I ordered a queen mattress during their christmas special. Shipping was timely, it arrived in about a week. The first couple of nights the mattress was really firm, a lot harder than I expexted, but after those first nights it seemed to reach more of the feeling I expected and it is quite comfortable, with good support. I am definitely sleeping better than I used to on a "standard" mattress. Overall a great product at a fantastic price with their 50% off sale, and good communication from the company."

"Took advantage of a sale offered at the time and paid under 500.00 for the mattress which retails for 1100.00. Processing was fast and efficient. The order did in fact ship the same day of order. Shipping however took about 2 weeks; although thats probably more to do with the shipping company and the holidays and less to do with Novosbed. After a few weeks of use, I'm pleased to report that the mattress behaves just like advertised! The initial odor was faint but present and was gone within a few days. The mattress has a nice firmness to it and does not transfer motion. The one drawback I have noticed is that there is some warmth to the bed. Being that it is winter and temperatures are low is not such big deal , but we'll have to see what summer brings. . ."

I should have expanded it when it was on the bed frame like the instructions said, but was too excited. Didn't matter I got it on the frame... super comfortable.
