"Shipping takes far too long. Customer service is handled only by email. I had a problem that was resolved within 3 days of contacting them, but I would have preferred to handle it quickly over the phone. I will not be ordering anything further from this company due to the way their customer service is handled and the long shipping wait."

"Really slow to ship. It took five work days to get my order shipped, and then it didn't go anywhere since it was late Friday.

I really felt abused when they sat on their hands for five days, holding my money by the way, before they thought to actually ship anything.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I will never shop there again.

"I would give them a zero if it were possible. MOST importantly they do not provide a phone number to customer service if you have any trouble with an order. The responses are all computer generated and very unclear w/ what they want from you. I would NEVER do business with them if you think there is any chance you need to return an item. In my case, I ordered a product that was rancid and they won't return it so I'm out $60. Lesson learned: don't use Nutricity! Thankfully I ordered through Amazon and they are taking care of it... but what a waste of my time!! Time IS money for me as well!!!"

"I wish I could rate Nutricity.com with a negative, but it does not allow me that option. Twice I ordered my Lindt chocolate through amazon (and at a very good price). But on both occurances the day before the order was to arrive Nutricity cancelled my order with no statement as to why. Ironically the same day that I received this email stating cancelation, it is still available on Amazon.ccm. I believe that the price was too good (or to low for them to make enough money) so they just cancelled my order. This is also a bad reflection on Amazon.com for not following up on these repeated abuses on Amazon's customers... "

"*BEWARE* Nutricity.com is the worst vitamin company customer service experience I've ever had! I emailed a customer service representative ("Lauren") back & forth at least 16 Times over 2 days AND still did not have my 1 question answered, ever! The responses seemed incoherent & gibberish as if "she" started working with Nutricity.com the day before I emailed them! "She" seemed to have No actual knowledge of the product in question. I repeatedly respectfully requested a supervisor email or phone me back. Three days later someone emailed me back. After 9 emails back & forth with that rep. who took an hour between responses, I never got any answers to any questions. By the way, i never even got the persons name who i was emailing back & forth with even after asking 3 times.
I Highly recommend No one purchase from this company unless you want to run around in circles.

"I must say that after reading some of the reviews about nutricity I became somewhat worried. I didn't read any reviews until after I placed my order, and most were not good. I noticed some people complained about their orders being shipped in envelopes instead of boxes, this was not a concern to me, as most companies tend to do this that I have dealt with in the past. I also noticed complaints from people saying products were expired, this was a concern to me, but my products arrived quickly and with around two years until they expire.

Shipping was quick in my case, I ordered the afternoon before Christmas eve, which I figured that would slow it's processing and shipping. That was not the case really, as I received my products in less than a week. The shipping was free as well and the price for what I received was well below any other site I found. No one had prices even close!! Let alone had free shipping added in!!! Very happy with my order and I will be using them again.

I have never written a review for anything before, but after all the negative reviews that I saw, it only made sense that I would support such great service. People should know that this company is awesome and their prices just can not be beat!!

"Hello there !


Be advised currently Nutricity.com is in violation of following:

1. Identity theft is a serious crime – that is someone else product and there invoice with their personal information was in my box/order.
2. satisfaction is 100% guaranteed – fraud advertisement - applied under 47 U.S.C.A. §332 & Consumer Fraud Act (CFA), N.J.S.A. 56:8-1 and many more– cause I am very disappointed.

Before I take this issue to a legal matter I would like to give my last try to get my money refunded – stressed caused by Nutricity.com has not caused health issue to my pregnancy but has difficulty during work trying to resolve this issue.

I personally think that nutricity.com has good products – but after Absolutely horrible to deal with current situation , and unprofessional customer service response had made me think now is the last try to resolved this issue; I personally think that customer service and people that are reposing from that nutricity.com emails are unprofessional; in fact I got several different emails but everyone had a different steam going on in emails ….

I placed a order online order # 594240 – and when I recived the product it was not mine – it was someone else but none of my item were there..even there invoice including mine were in that box – to me this is “Identity theft is a serious crime. It occurs when your personal information” but I took it as mistake happen – any ways the products I received was packed very very unprofessional that soon as I opened the box it started leaking of my carpet – I had to call a carpet cleaner to clean – I tried contacting nutricity.com through email but no response and when I did got the response seems like a very very unprofessional that has no clue what she or he is responding - Try calling their business number (1-***-***-****). You get an automated recording that says they are in the process of updating their call menu. It never changes! I don’t understand what’s the point of having business number if no one is there to take call – I’m currently 9 months pregnant and this is causing me health issue and also can cause problems during pregnancy – I have explained several times that I have thrown away the products that were damager but here again –

((Can you refuse the package to come back to us? I show that the correct items were sent out. So we do have to receive those items back)) ------ the email does not makes any sense how can I refuse the product

I have contacted a lawyer but I don’t think it’s worth spending 1,000& to get refund for 1.55$.. I am very disappointed; I have never had an experience equal to this with any other online shopping."

"Nutricity pulled a blatant bait and switch with my order. They advertised a 6 pack of packs of tea and then sent me a single one. When I emailed them back asking for an explanation they blamed packaging and then berated me for bringing it up. They then refunded an arbitrary amount and refused to answer how they got to that amount. I recommend ordering elsewhere."

"The customer must note the time frame for processing the items that are ordered on this web site and to add the shipping time thereafter. The products I ordered had a time frame of 4 - 5 days for processing and then it only took 3 days for shipping. Please note below their email regarding this. When a customer understands this processing time he/she will not think it is taking forever to receive their order.

"This company is the WORST out there. Do Not order from them. I placed an order and the item stated in stock, order went thru and all was fine. The order kept stating "Processed", I kept waiting and nothing. I emailed them 10 times and was told it took a long time to process but I would get it soon. They charged my credit card the day I ordered it. One month later they responded and said they were going to cancel my order the stuff was not available. They respond back to emails always with the same answer. This is a scam, they charge your credit card and receive the money and never ship it. Then they credit you after you complain, so they use YOUR money for a month - No Interest. What a joke!!!"
