I sent an E-mail to nutricity on 8/30 and received an automated response that customer service would respond to me within 24-36 hours. It's been 10 days and I've heard from no one. I hope to get a refund. I should have read the reviews before I ordered from this company. It's the first time I have felt ripped off with an online order. "
"I have had nothing but the run around for this order. First, it didn't even show up as being ordered in my account even though PayPal had paid them. Next, one item was on "back order". After waiting for over 6 weeks, still nothing. Latest email from them is server down, we show that we credited your PayPal account. I don't ever slam a company, ever. But you would be wise to stay away from them at their web site. If you must order from them, go through Amazon.com. Maybe that will get you more leverage in dealing with the problems. Oh, by the way, telephone number is a joke. Try it; if you call customer service, you will never talk to a live person and just get disconnected. Try it before you order. 1-***-***-**** then prompt 3."
"I'm sorry I did not read these reviews before I ordered form Nutricity. I have had a similar bad experience as most listed below. My order was confirmed and charged to my credit card, but never shipped. I receive no response to my emails and never get an actual person on the phone, only a message saying that their operators are all busy (high volume) and I should call back later and then it disconnects! No opportunity to leave a message. I am very disappointed; I have never had an experience equal to this with any other online shopping."

After several emails trying to resolve this problem, Lauren (nutricity Customer Service Manager) just totally stopped responding to any of my emails. Apparently they have no records as to what is shipped to whom and when. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I had to dispute the charge on my credit card to try to get this resolved. AVOID this web site, unless you want a lot of headaches and no product! I would not recommend nutricity.com to ANYONE!!"
"There was a problem with my products that wasn't the fault of Nutricity. I emailed them and heard back from Lauren. She was so nice and took care of everything. It took several emails back and forth since it was a bit complicated. Lauren replied back quickly and politely each time (though I must have been getting on her nerves.) :) I would definitely recommend Nutricity. "
"HORRIBLE company.Did not send product pictured and ordered.Then said it doesn't use picture as basis for product sent. When we pointed out error and differences instead of apologizing, they were snotty, arrogant and said "We don't care". We had to file claim with Amazon. I ordered 6 bottles of Neptune Krill Oil 2 1/2 months ago ($180)....still have not received the product, a refund, an email or a phone call back from this place. Nothing!
The first time I called a guy picked up the phone and just said "hello".? He said his "manager" would get back to me by the end of the day, which never happened. Now when I call they got a fancy new automated phone system that re-routs your call to a answering machine..awesome! $180 down the drain.

"Ordered D-Mannose powder and received a same day confirmation. 2 weeks later I had not received the merchandise or a shipping notification, so I e-mailed them. Received a response that the item was in-transit to them and would come in 1-4 days.
11 business days I still hadn't received the product nor heard from Nutricity.com. I e-mailed again and the only correspondence back was a notice of a refund without any explanation aside from that they were "unable to get the item."
Convenient that they waited until AFTER I pestered them a 2nd time to offer the refund. I'm wondering what they would have done if I had forgotten about my order..."
"This company is run by a bunch of clowns. I placed an order on Jan 8 and haven't received it as of Feb 21. I got an email on Jan 19 telling me the order was on its way and since then... nothing. Two queries to the company have remained unanswered. My advice: take your business elsewhere."
"I made a fairly small order ($20) nearly a month ago and still haven't received anything or got them to respond about where my order is. The order went smooth, but when it never arrived, trying to contact them is frustrating at best. Their 24 hr response is useless. I called and talked to someone who said she would look into it and email me the next day. Still not response, I emailed again and she rsponded to the email saying she will get back once again. Still no response. Its now 3 emails & 1 phone call; no order or idea what is going on there. I also suggest buyer beware from nutricity."
"I purchased from Nutricity via amazon.com. Package arrived in a week. Seemed very unprofessional, they mailed the supplements in a envelope without any protection: lid is off, seal is broken (this is a dietary supplement, must be factory sealed), some of the powder is spilled from the 1 pound container.
I contacted customer service, they said that they would replace the item and send a return shipping label. I received neither and they have not replied to my emails since. I ended up filing a claim via amazon.com"
