"I ordered from Nutricity via Amazon. After waiting for many weeks following my order on April 17, they shipped the wrong product. I requested a refund of my purchase price of $62.42 and a prepaid return label for returning the product. Nutricity replied "In order to arrange the correct shipment of the items in your order and arrange for a call tag, we would greatly appreciate if you could provide us with a digital picture of the package and contents you have received. Furthermore it would help us if you could provide us with the UPC Number on the product - that is the product barcode on the actual item. Both of these items will help us to determine the shipping weight for the return label. In the meantime we will process a replacement shipment of the products you ordered." -- not what you expect from a reputable store when you have requested a refund.
I replied,"You did not read - or you ignored - my email. I do not want to attempt an exchange. I request a refund of my purchase price of $62.42 and a prepaid return label for returning the product. That is quite clear...please act as requested." They replied, "Please understand this is normal protocol for any return as we ask for photos of the product before issuing a label. We will be more than happy to help you as soon as we are able to view the photos. At that time we will be able to assess the situation and resolve the issue." and "We need the photos in order to process a possible RMA to be issued by us so you do not incur shipping charges. We cannot move forward until we receive the photos."
I replied, "Let me make this clear: I am unable to send photos!
Let's stop this. Issue a refund and a RMA. You will get the product back and I will get my refund. I have never experienced such an issue for returning an order." They replied, "We cannot move forward until we receive the photos." I replied, "Here is the UPC from the bottles you sent, which are incorrect - 21078 01804. The UPC from a correct product bottle is - 21078 01302. This UPC is from a bottle containing 120 capsules. I do not know if the UPC is dependent on the number of capsules in the bottle. This is what the correct bottle label looks like (picture).
By now, it is 5 weeks from the initial order. I have the wrong merchandise, want to return it but can get no satisfactory movement from Nuticity. Next, from me, "It has been 6 days since I sent this information to you. One more time - Please respond and refund my purchase cost." Nutricity reply, "I am sending this over to our claims department so a shipping label can be made and you are able to send the items back. Please follow the instructions in the email. If you have any other questions or concerns please let us know." SOUNDED GOOD!
The last email in this series was from me to Nutricity - "It has now been nearly 3 weeks since you sent me the email (that they would issue a RMA) and nearly 2 months since my original order. I have not received anything from your claims department or anyone at Nutricity. You still have my $62.42 and I still have the wrong product, ready to return. Please - let's get this finished."
I have never heard from Nutricity since then. I have the wrong product and cannot get my refund.
BOTTOM LINE - NEVER DEAL WITH NUTRICITY -- EVER!

"Absolutely horrible to deal with. They had cherry juice listed 12 pack for 9.08. They never sent me the 12 pack only one. I wrote them and told them. They don't respond in 24 hours like they say. You can't call and talk to them only through e-mail. They told me it was a misprint and they would refund me, it has been over a month and still nothing. I filed a claim against them with paypal and still nothing. If you look st the juice it still it listed as 12 pack for $9.08. They really are not worth the trouble!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not to mention it took 2 weeks to get the order and no information telling you it has been shipped."

This seller does not have a phone number so that one can resolve issues. Now I can see why. "I ordered 17 bottles of the WRONG supplement for a friend in Japan after the recent disaster. In a panic, I emailed Nutricity's customer service department to cancel the order, hoping it would reach them in a timely manner and I placed an order for the correct supplement. My email was answered immediately and my order was cancelled!! It was such an awesome relief given the stressful circumstances and the interaction was personable and accommodating. I will need the order for potassium IODIDE, not iodine, when it comes in... I highly recommend Nutricity."

"Stay away from this site. I place an order and 24 hours later my order was marked "processed" and my credit card was charged for the full amount. After one week I sent an email requesting a tracking number and received a response from "Lauren" stating that the order would "most likely ship next week". A week went by and no order, but I received an email stating that they could not fulfill the order. I requested a refund and I received an email stating the they will refund my charges. However I never saw a refund. I will no doubt have to file a dispute with the credit card company to resolve this matter with Nutricity.com I should have checked this resellers ratings before ordering. "I made an order on Nutricity.com for Immune renew tablets. I was planning to send them to an uncle who was suffering from terminal lung cancer in the hope that it would help boost his immunity. Unfortunately, it was too late in his illness and in the few days that I made the order and was getting ready to send it to my uncle, he passed away. I emailed Nutricity.com and asked them if they could accept a return of the order. Lauren responded and was very sympathetic and understood the situation. She gave me instructions on how to return the order even after I had opened the package. She processed a cancellation request and the money was fully refunded to me (including the shipping charges).
