I bought a downloadable product (Bitdefender) and although it was on described as (downloadable) there was no information about where to download it from and the receipt kept referring to Address for delivery. It took 3 days before I finally worked it out myself - download from Bitdefender website and then use a very weak and unusual key to activate it. No help came from calling Offerbank by phone and you should go an look at any of the websites that sell downloadable products online and see how they document it. "
