I bought a chandelier at ylighting that went out of stock and was told there would be a 7-8 week lead time...Chris from olighting found me the same chandelier, discounted it, talked to the freight guy and had him deliver it so that I would have it in time for closing (at no extra charge) and it arrived as promised in perfect condition. What more can I say? That's customer service!"

"Buyer Beware:
Placed an order for an open box item (50% discount) only to find out that it was not available. Chris offered to sell me a new item for 20% discount. Olighting website did indicate: THIS IS AN INVENTORY SALE ITEM WITH LIMITED STOCK AND WILL BE AVAILABLE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. I wouldn't be so upset except that while Olighting cleary knows that this open box item is not available, a full week later you can still go online and still place an order for something Olighting knows is unavailable. Total bait and switch if you ask me. I've disputed the charge with the credit card company and will let them work it out with Olighting.

I sent the following email when I found out that the open box item was not available on Dec. 13th:
I got confirmation last night that my order was processed and would ship in one to two weeks.????
Is another color available at this price?

The confirmation is automated, unfortunately out inventory is not tied into that system. All colors are gone. I do have the overhanging version available, however it is priced a bit higher. I would love to help you find a solution that works for you. Please let me know.
