"OLighting was great! We ordered a fixture that arrived about 1 week later. Unfortunately we did not love it, and needed to send it back. They sent over all the info needed to get the return processed right away. After the return and credit was completed, we proceed to search for a replacement fixture. "My husband and i live in Melbourne. Lead time in Australian home decor stores were up to 14 weeks long. Seeing as we were off to New York we decided to get in from Olighting and bring it back with us. Chris helped us out the whole way from ordering to organising delivery. It was great. I three weeks it was all organised. Thank you for all your help Chris.

"I wish I would have read these negative reviews before I embarked on what has been a nightmare with OLighting. My experience has been nearly identical to several other posts. I ordered a light in March, 2011. Despite being "available" on the website, I found out after a call to OLighting that it was actually out of stock. I chose a second more expensive light and was immediately charged for the difference (we are now up to $600 in lighting). I thought it was suspicious that I never received tracking information. Each time I called to inquire about the light I was given some flimsy excuse (which I believed for several weeks) and assured that the light would arrive the following week. Finally, I decided to cancel my order in June. It is now August I have called and emailed Chris too many times to count and he is absolutely incapable of issuing a refund. I am finally getting my money back... not from OLighting but from my credit card company. I honestly do not know how Chris Christo looks himself in the mirror each day. This company is either 1) woefully mismanaged, 2) full of liars and thieves, or 3) both. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.


In response to your comments below. It was not taken care of by you and indeed there was and still is no credit from OLighting. I look at my credit card statement everyday... it is pretty easy to see that once again OLighting is being duplicitous. I have no desire to contact you for anything. My Discover card customer service is far more helpful.
