Arrival to my city was on-time despite snow and ice throughout the mid-west, but the signature requirement delayed delivry by three days. (FedEx attempted delivery during the day without calling ahead.) OneCall may want to consider increasing the dollar value above which a signature is required, or purchase arrival notification / delivery appointment scheduling."
