Estimated delivery date 2/3/11 (TV order placed 1/31/11), today new estimated delivery date 2/9/11 by YRS and now the TV is being transfered to a local transportation associate by YRS. I was told to be proactive keeping in touch with the shipment Company since I have to be present to sign for my TV. It seems like my TV is being held up, held hostage, on a slow boat from China not from West Virginia via Brooklyn, NY. I missed out seen the Super Ball on my big screen TV. Patiently waiting. Careful excepting free shipment you are treated as a third class freight and the wait is long. Waiting!!! Hope it arrives in one piece."

"Im happy to say, that I am going to sound like a broken record and relay just how happy I am with my Denon Receiver purchase from OneCall.com.
I honestly had not heard of this company until I contacted Denon to inquire about an online vendor who I had planned on purchasing a receiver from.
Its a good thing I did contact Denon as the rep told me that that particular vendor was not an authorized Denon retailer and that they had many many complaints.
Denon spoke quite highly of OneCall.com and explained to me that if I did make a purchase through them, it was just like buying something directly from Denon. If something was to go wrong with my receiver, I would be completely covered by the warranty.

Something else that prompted me to purchase from OneCall, was the great price I was offered and the quick delivery I was promised through Fed-Ex.
