"I had really good luck with OneCall. Their PayPal payments weren't as integrated as it can be and it confused me a little. A couple of minutes after placing my order I called their support just to double-check and very quickly found myself talking to a real person who told me that I should receive a confirmation within the next three hours (it was about two hours later if I remember correctly).
He also told me that it was early enough in the day that my shipment would go out that day, which it did. I did their free 3-7 day shipping. I live in Vermont and it took around 4 business days, which I was very pleased about.
Either way, I'd definitely shop with these guys again. My pair of Denon AH-D2000 headphones arrived well packaged and in pristine condition. Bonus points for being $90 below MSRP."
"Hi, I am quite pleased with the purchasing experience.."
"Great price and product shipped immediately.
Would definitely do business with them again. "
"One call was relly good. The item i wanted was out of stock but they kept me up to date on when i was going to get it. I will definately return to one call for my future tech needs."
"In my opinion, Onecall cannot be trusted to deliver products as advertised on its website. After an exhaustive search over the weekend for a LG Infinia 60PK950 60-inch 1080p Plasma HDTV, I located an offer on sears.com from Onecall for Cyber-Monday. Now I didn't realize that Sears had turned sears.com into a marketplace for non-sears merchants, so at first I was a little skeptical when the name Onecall was listed as the Seller. But I thought, to my regret, that Onecall must be reputable to be listed as a seller of tvs on the sears website sears.com. So I placed the order. I received a phone call and email shortly thereafter to verify credit card information, which I quickly provided. Then, about three days later I get a call, then an email, from Onecall, saying essentially that the product your ordered is not available as advertised. Now I did receive some excuse about a problem with the website but you can imagine my anger and frustration at having spent the time and effort to locate what I thought would be a good price, to execute the sale on Cyber-Monday which is the day you can get the best bargains, and then to have that sale canceled at the whim of the seller (Onecall).
So what I learned from this bad customer service experience, from which you can benefit, is do not buy from Onecall (or do so at your peril). What I think probably happened is that Onecall put up a bunch of low price offers on sears.com on Cyber-Monday to draw in the customer traffic to its website. But it didn't really have the inventory and simply decide which orders it would honor (probably the ones that bought all of the expensive extras or other stuff not on sale) and then just canceled the rest of the orders from customers thinking there was nothing that could be done. That leaves us without the product ordered and no other Cyber-Monday deals to pursue. Lesson learned is don't but from Onecall, they dot not honor their prices, can't be trusted to deliver the goods ordered at the advertised price, and will simply cancel your order and you are left without recourse"
"Onecall had a great price on speakers. But in having them shipped from Spokane to San Francisco via Fedex Ground, I checked the fedex rates and found that Onecall charged at least $50 more than Fedex street pricing for shipping. I am sure OneCall gets even better deals on shipping from Fedex due to their volume. Looks like they take the highest possible shipping cost (like to east coast) and charge that price to everyone. I asked for a lower price on shipping closer to the actual cost and they would not, even though several advertisements on the web showed that they were doing a better deal within the past few weeks. They said the advertisements on the web were bogus.
I have purchased from onecall in the past and have been very happy with them. But today I am not happy for being overcharged on shipping. Yes it is easier for them to only have one price for shipping anywhere in the US, but I don't like subsidizing others!
Also I was promised same day shipping to help justify the cost, and then did not ship until the next day (although they entered the information to FEDEX the same day) even though the order was posted before noon. Fedex did not pick up the speakers until the next day.
UPDATE - One of the 2 speakers were delivered with a broken foot. I am waiting for OneCall to respond to my request for a replacement foot."
"A+++++++++++++++++
I bought a pair of Denon Ah-D2000's and they broke in less than two weeks (not one call's fault!) and it was a breeze to get them to replace them.
I spoke to a man named Chad today, Nov. 23rd, and he politely helped me in sending me a return label to ship back my broken pair, in which upon receiving them they are shipping out another pair.
THANK YOU SO MUCH One Call!!!

"Wow...and I mean that in the most sarcastic way. I have had a receiver in my home for 3 days now and I still cannot get it to work properly. The Huppin's representative had his best "Salesman" smile on that day and directed me to OneCall.com for anything and everything I need. Well, here we are as I said, 3 days later, and nothing. Not only was OneCall clueless yesterday, but after research THAT I DID today, I try to get them today and can't even access them online or by phone, none of their systems are working. I was pretty jazzed when I found out that Huppin's and OneCall were one and the same, I thought "Great, local store, local service, internet competition" all sounded awesome. Right. Huppins and OneCall are just another example of poor service in every way possible. STAY AWAY FROM ONECALL AND HUPPINS. They lie, are dishonest, and know nothing but how to take money from your pocket.
UPDATE November 16th, 2010:
I really wish the ratings site would let me follow up (and so I found a way). I DID contact you at the number you provided. So your posting of no contact is 100% inaccurate. Here is a very brief summary of my experience:
1. I contacted OneCall and asked for Brian, the female on the other end stated that he was unavailable however she would be more than happy to help me. I explained my situation to her ... which, again briefly, was:
A. I purchased a receiver from Huppins on November 6th and was seeking assistance in proper set up of the speakers as I couldn't get them to work properly, the MCACC did not work and all I get is a loud 'hum' emitting from the Subwoofer.
She stated that she was sorry, but since I purchased the Receiver at Huppin's that I would have to contact that store and ask for assistance specifically from them, that OneCall would be unable to help in this situation. I stated that the Salesman who helped me, who actually worked at OneCall and was filling in at Huppin's during their Grand Opening event, specifically told me to contact OneCall if I had any difficulty setting up my system. She reiterated that there was nothing she could do.
2. So I then, per OneCall reps request, contacted the N. Division Huppin's and explained my situation as described in "A" above. The Salesperson at Huppin's, after hearing my dilemma, stated that since I didn't purchase the speakers or sub from Huppin's that he couldn't help me. I stated that I DID purchase the Receiver from them and that setting up the receiver WAS MY PROBLEM, not the functionality of the speakers. He again stated that there was nothing he could do ... HOWEVER, he stated that I could call OneCall and maybe they could help. Unbelievable.
So, what did I end up doing? I spent my afternoon researching the internet so that I could find out how to fix the set up and Receiver myself. And I did.
Both of your branches, both OneCall AND Huppin's, are and were useless. I will ensure that I save this situation and post it liberally anywhere and everywhere that I am able to list my experience with your organization.
Thank you for nothing."
"Pricing is great, staff is very helpful and prompt in returning e-mails. I had a problem with one of the speakers being damaged in shipping which was corrected with one phone call. The replacement was shipped same day the call was made.
Highly recommended.

"This was for the purchase of a Canon 60D kit, made over the phone. The friendly, knowledgeable staff were very helpful as always, even handling a subsequent addition to the order. I've been a long-time customer of OneCall.com for photo gear and have always had great service. "
"I had a great shopping experience with OneCall.com! Not only did they have the best price for the item I bought, the ship time was quick! Their customer service is the best!"
"Had a very good experience with OneCall. Their sales people are very knowledgeable, polite, and extremely helpful. You can easily reach them by phone, and they are as quick to respond by e-mail. OneCall is definitely one of the best online retailers.
I actually had a bad in-store shopping experience with Adorama, when I was sold a camera that later turned out to be a used item. I usually prefer in-store shopping for hi-tech items, but I had a much better and smooth transaction getting the same camera online from OneCall. I am recommending them to all my friends."
"Without question the sales team at Huppins Onecall.com are top flight in every aspect of customer service and satisfaction. Their product knowledge is unbeatable and their considerate communication is unmatchable. Clearly this team cares about us--their customers! All of my concerns and questions were answered in a way that left me feeling appreciated and valued! I highly recommend Huppins OneCall.com to everyone seeking high end audio/video products and service. With skilled sales support, prompt delivery, and reliable after-sale support/follow through, and competitive pricing why shop anywhere else?"
"spoke to chris m., a very professional, polite, and knowledgeable salespersom. items were shipped well packed, and arrived in good time. i have ordered from them several times, and always been satisfied"
"superb service, prompt, repeat customer."
