"The Denon receiver that I ordered from OneCall in March, 2010 was actually my second time buying from them. The first was a plasma TV the month before. That was a little scary! First time I've ordered a TV online! Well, I got a great price and the sales rep (Patrick) was very helpful and answered all my questions, related both to the ordering/shipping process and of a technical nature about the TV itself. The TV (a 58" Panny) arrived by truck (a 2000-mile+ trip) packed/crated extremely well, without a scratch, 5 days after ordering - and that was over a weekend! Oh, and did I mention FREE shipping! "I bought a LG BD-570 that was defective. The Optical input stopped working, some DVD's, "UP," being one, had skip issues and it kept losing its' wireless connection. They issued my refund and worked with me to my satisfaction in getting my refund. I would recommend them as a reputable company."
"I ordered a Pair of Klipsch speakers from this webstore, and only received 1 speaker. When I called, they tried the bait and switch tactic stating the price was only for 1 speaker. The listing and all emails I received show I ordered the pair. When I contacted them, they just wanted to pick up the speaker and issue a refund, but I wanted the other speaker or half of my money back since I only got half of what I ordered and paid for. "I'll spare the long story but I had purchased a DLP set in August 2006 form OneCall and also an extended waranty. When the set died on January 1 of this year I contacted the warranty service to repair it. Eventauly I was told they would reimburse me for the set and that should ahve been simple. After many phone calls and "stories" about the check in the mail, the warranty company again contacted OneCall. I spoke with the Customer Service Manager of OneCall and told her the details of what had been going on. She was very displeased with the service I ahd not received ( the warranty company is not affiliated with OneCall ) and told me she would get things moving. A day later I had received multiple calls from the warranty compnay and later that day spoke again with OneCall to make plans to receive a new replacement TV. EXCELLENT customer service. I wish I could convey here how frustrated this experience had been and how thankful I am that OneCall has a customer service department that truly cares about its customers. I feel certain without this support I would stil be living with promises of the check is in the mail and you need to give it 10 to 15 business days to get there. I was amazed at how fast thing smoved when OneCall got involved. My TV shipped on 3/20.. I have to agan say THANKS for the help.. it is very appreciated!! This is the best customer support I have ever gotten!"
"In the mid 90’s my Father purchased a Big screen TV from Onecall West a few days before Christmas and they said that it’s not normal but they said they would be able to get it to us before Christmas, and sure enough we got it delivered on Christmas eve. This good experience stuck with me, and over the years I have worked for companies that needed a lot of video and sound equipment. From the positions that I held at these companies, I was able to influence them to make all their purchases from Onecall. Onecall would actually send me letters thanking me for the recommendations (If I had earned commissions from them, I would probably had a good sum of money.) And now I decided that I myself would purchase a LCD HDTV from Onecall and did. When I got the unit it was Dead-on-Arrival. I called Onecall to let them know of this, and they told me that I would need to pay to return it to them. I even talked with the manager and he said there was nothing they could do as it was the policy. The manager was nice and tried to work this unfortunate issue out with me. I was impressed with the professionalism of the Onecall agent and later the manager in trying to do the best at working out the situation. We later ended up working with another Onecall manager which we were able to work out a deal with Onecall and the Manufacture to rectify the issue. Even though the experience was not the most convenient for us, we were impressed with Onecall of turning a bad situation for both of us into a Win Win solution. I will still recommend them."

Their staff is knowledgable about their products. They will go out of their way to research products and provide support. I have even had them help me find a service provider to fix a TV when I called to purchase a new one because they thought it was more cost effective for me. I once had difficutly hooking up a new TV and surround sound system. They stayed on the phone as long as I needed to help be get everything working. "I have ordered from One Call for over ten years now. After three large screen televisions, a camcorder, camera, and several items of midrange "audiophile" equipment I can say that One Call has the BEST prices of any factory authorized store for most items.
The company also has amazing customer service, and unless they have changed things they also offer items not on their website. The company is the internet branch of an audio-video store. I have purchsed several high end Sunfire items (Ultimate Receiver and a True Sub signature) from the store via phone order.

The BEST customer service I ever received from an online (or B&M) store, I placed 3 calls to customer service before I ordered, and they answered all questions I asked, and answered the phone on the first ring every time.
