"They are terrible. I ordered a Sharp Aquos lcd TV . It arrived inoperable and the only way they would replace it, was for me to pay to ship it back. Absolutely unacceptable. Would never buy here again!!!!"

"When I returned a camera to One Call, I left my 8GB compact flash card in it. I called One Call customer service and asked if it was possible to return the card to me once the camera was received. I received my compact flash card today by priorty mail!!! I almost didn't even ask thinking I would never get it back. I really appreciated it and will definately be shopping again at One Call. Great customer service!!!"

"How much can one order be messed up?

I will never order anything at onecall again. It all started with me ordering a Panasonic Lumix digital camera that I wanted to use during my vacation. I ordered on a Saturday via phone and told the guy that I needed the camera on Friday (my vacation started on the following Saturday). I paid 3$ extra or so for a guaranteed 3-day Fedex delivery. On Thursday (!) I got an e-mail saying that they needed a credit card with a US billing address to process my order. There's 2 great things about that:
1. I can use my german credit card everywhere else, why not here?
2. Why are they telling me that 5 days after my order when I needed a guaranteed 3-day delivery?
OK, that meant no camera during my vacation. I told them that they should delay the order for a week so that it doesn't arrive while I'm away.
After I returned I got an e-mail saying that the camera was shipped with Fedex (remember? Guaranteed 3-day delivery). 4 days later I wondered why it didn't arrive, checked the website and it said "Delivered yesterday". My wife was at home the whole day and is absolutely certain no one tried to deliver it. OK this wasn't a big deal, 2 days later we found out that the Fedex guy left the package at our managers' office, without leaving a notice. Not really well planned, but OK, now we got the camera. Onecall on the other hand didn't provide any help at all locating that camera. They also weren't interested in it, they just said "Fedex delivered it to your appartment, the rest is not our problem".
OK, on it goes: The only reason I ordered that camera through onecall and not a GOOD store like amazon was that I had a $200 gift certificate for onecall. I think you can guess that they took the whole amount from my checking account. Which is really bad if you put only a limited amount of money on your checking account and the rest on your savings account and then are shopping for groceries and aren't able to pay for them... Well, fortunately in this case my german credit card worked!
So, right now, 1 month after my initial order I am still waiting for the $200 refund for the gift certificate. In this month I had to call ONEcall about TEN times and still they were not able to give me my money back.

My only advise is: NEVER buy ANYTHING at onecall

"What more can you say about this company?

Ordered a pair of Boston Acoustic VR3's for less than half of MSR! Shipped next business day packed to survive the worst a shipping company could do (double boxed)! Called them and they were EXTREMLY helpful and professional.

"Item was advertised as "in stock" and purchase was confirmed as "in stock". The next day, the order was canceled by OneCall because they actually have no stock.

If you want an item - don't trust their "in stock" claims!

Editied 8/29: Ha....received a funny email from Resellerratings.com moments ago asking me to reconsider my review after having received my merchandise....HELLO....does anyone READ these reviews....the vendor DID NOT SHIP MY MERCHANDISE! Geeezz....maybe its time to go back to shopping locally with live humans!

"I am truly impressed by the Huppins/OneCall team. I have ordered several times from them in the last month both small and large orders. The prices are very good and shipping is not only reasonably priced, it is ultra-fast. I was ordering a lot of equipment on-line from many A/V vendors and OneCall shipped faster and better packaged than anyone, while being cheaper than most too. They proactively contacted me several times when they had a better offer for me, or to check whether everything worked allright, without ever being pushy. Check out the "clearance" section, there are some great deals there! I also ordered several open box and clearance items and these also came complete, well packaged and labeled and worked great."

"Although I purchase many items online this was the single largest purchase both in dollar terms and in size and weight. The 46" LCD TV I ordered was less expensive than any online seller I've found to date. Ordering was easy and telephone order support was quick, clear and pressure-free...no "add-ons". Shipping by ABF truck freight provided daily online updates and the order on Monday was delivered on Friday of the same week. TV was shipped in original packaging and securly affixed to a wooden pallet to ensure it would be protected during shipment. Shock detection devices made it easy to confirm delicate electronics were properly handled. This transaction was unbelievably smooth, clear and upfront. I will be a OneCall customer again."

"I've ordered the A100 kit during their Independence Day sale. The problem was that my shipping and billing address were different, and apparently I had to add the shipping address to the credit card, but nobody told me or contacted me about anything until the third day after the I placed the order, I called them to inquire as why I haven't received any tracking number or confirmation of shipping yet?

This was bad, since I needed the camera as soon as possible for a trip, but the camera arrived promptly when finally shipped, and the product was great and with the best price online, so I was satisfied at the end.
