"This was the best buying experience. Jason M. was great! Ordered a Fuji S7000. Got several competitive prices which were lower than OneCall. Checked out the merchants on resellerratings.com and all had very poor ratings. Even with that, Jason still made me a great deal on the camera lower than their advertised price. Camera was supposed to arrive on 10/26. FedEx delivered it at 9:30am on 10/25. I was concerned that their price was much lower than most of the major merchants and would be a 'gray market' camera. Confirmed with Fuji that this one is legit. (OneCall is a Fuji Authorized Reseller)
This company has the friendliest staff that takes the time to answer your questions - I never felt rushed. I had an order confirmation within an hour of placing the order and a fedex tracking number by end of business on the day of order.
All in all - you can’t beat them. I’m usually pretty critical but I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I have been a hard-core J&R fan for years. OneCall now has all my electronics business!

"WOW, I am stunned!

OneCall was one of the first stores to accept preorders on the new Canon 20D. I preordered on 8-20 (the day the camera was announced) by phone, the guy who took the order was very polite and efficient and even told me where on the preorder list I was.

The Canon shipments started hitting the stores on 9-13. OneCall CALLED me on 9-13, said my camera was in and would ship tomorrow! When is the last time a store called you to say an item was received and would ship?

I called back later in the day on 9-13 as I noticed they were now offering 1 day priority shipping for the same cost as the express rate on the camera. When I ordered I got the express rate and asked if they could change it to 1 day, they said no problem. Also added a UV filter to the order, again no problem, the guy looked up and found one that would fit and added it to the order (the day before the order was to ship).

Order sent on 9-14, email with tracking number received, delivered on 9-15.

THEN about 1 week later my original salesman called to make sure the order was received and if there were any problems with the camera or any thing else he could do for me. This just doesn’t happen any more in business, I was impressed!

For sure going to order more with them.

"I ordered a Panasonic FZ20. It came very quickly but the usb connector didn't work. I called Onecall to get a RMA number. The CSR was condescending. He didn't believe me when I told him the usb connector didn't work. He insisted I call up Panasonic to make sure it's a defect. I didn't call up Panasonic but I called OneCall again the following business day. The CSR finally gave me a RMA number but he assumed I wanted an refund so when I told him I wanted a new one sent, he had to put in a entirely new order. That meant that my credit card had to carry the charges from both orders (a little more than $1000) until they credited me back for the original order. Fortunately, they processed my original camera in just a few days. I am ticked that I had to pay to ship back the camera to them though."

They "claim" that those sites are fake and don't send out products and when they do they call and harass you to buy extras to jack up the cost. "Excellent company, pleasant people working for this company, good prices. I bought Canon GL-2 a few months ago, later a wide lens, everything was delivered even earlier than I was expecting, no problems with shipping, packaging, etc. Just opened and started working. All warranty documents have been received a few days later. I didn't understand first that it should be done later through a separate company and sent them a question. By the way they answer all questions ASAP, I sent many messages asking this or that, I made two phone calls to this company to order camcorder and later lenses. Both times the calls were answered almost immediately and I spent just a minute-two on line ordering.

"Excellent service, a new "newegg" in the making, in fact Better than newegg!!!

I was looking for a store to buy the digital camera Panasonic FZ15, I found 3-4 stores that had the camera for $430-$450, but with the 3 day shipping charges included, onecall's was the best price, nightowlcamera.com was a few bucks less though. After checking reviews on both the stores, I decided to go for onecall because of greater number of reviews.
I had to call my credit card company to add the shipping address as an authorized address because it was onecall's requirement (a good thing for fraud protection).
I wanted it to be shipped by Tuesday, I called the customer support and asked about the shipping time, and he said if I ordered right then (10am EDT, Thursday), I'd get it by Tuesday. I went ahead with my order. My mail service provider was down, so I called them after about 2.5 hours to see if everything had gone smoothly, lo and behold, the guy told me it's already been shipped out and gave me the Fedex tracking number!! It wasn't 3 full hours from the time I placed the order and they'd shipped it out!! Excellent work, even better than newegg (which I thought was the best), onecall ship out fast, and they give free 3 day Fedex (on orders above $200), whereas newegg's Fedex saver is good, but not as good as this one. Also, newegg takes $3 for "rush my order" with which they "try their best to ship out the same day". Onecall rocks!! Can't wait till Tuesday to see my camera!"
