I was shuffled from employee to employee, and none of them seemed to be able to take an order and get the equipment sent. After months of unsuccessful attempts at purchasing, I gave up and ordered from a local company that provided excellent customer service. Three months later, out of the blue, a package from One Beat turns up on my front porch, and my credit card was charged. I had to research how to get the package returned to them, got that done, and have been waiting for a month for a refund to show up on my credit card account. Looks like I'll have to research how to get my money back and start trying to track that down. This place is a complete disaster. Take your business elsewhere unless you want a lot of headaches."
