My reason not giving a 5-star is the "AED Management Plan" we bought that was supposed to notify us when any expiration dates (pads, batteries, etc.) were approaching. That never happened. It would have been very helpful recently when pads were on backorder and didn't arrive until ours had expired. I assume their Management Plan would have taken into account any backorder situations, and sent the notice out earlier..."
