"Chat" was turned off on the website. I even emailed corporate ...again...NOTHING. After 10 years, I will no longer buy anything from their website, or even their brands. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE"
"Still waiting for the last two bras of the three ordered. The one received I was not too happy with it was really nothing special, like something I could’ve gotten at any store in town. I have called for several days in a row only to receive a busy signal. When I do the tracking on the order it just shows as delivered. This order was placed on May 28, today is June 23. "
"Put in an order for 2 bras using a bogo sale, then paid a bit extra for 2 day shipping. I spent a lot of time and based my order on items that were “in stock”. After a week with no shipping info, I asked for an update and was told my items were out of stock, I should have seen that during ordering! I couldn’t cancel because it was past their cancellation date, they’d ship to me within 28 days. Got flooded with Labor Day sales and such, but that was it! Finally got an email today that my order was canceled but they gave me a coupon for $10 off an order over $50! Really?!! I will never try to order from them again! So disappointed. "

"So I ordered my bras after Christmas. Shipping says 6-10 days, which is acceptable. But my package has been sitting at a carrier location for a week, so I contacted Customer service from Hanes and DHL. Hanes only told me it was apparently stuck and I had to continue to wait. DHL has not responded. This place is literally a state away, I will not be ordering from them again, shipping within the USA is not this difficult. I should have read reviews first. "
"I ordered two bras, did not get a shipping notification. Waited a week, then emailed them. Got a prompt reply that they were out of stock. Then why did the web site let me order them? The email said they’d be back in stock in four weeks and would ship then. Ok, I waited. Finally got them and took them out of the plastic bags they were packaged in. THEY SMELLED TERRIBLE! I hung them up on their little hangers to air out. That did not work, so I emailed Hanes and they said I could return them. I wanted replacements but they just wanted them returned. "

"Horrible service, I ordered two different bras and received two of the same bras. On the invoice they wrote item not available, cancelled and they put two of the same bras without even talking to me and charged me for both. When i called lady gave me attitude bc i complained about the order and that i didn't want same bras. She was short with me and wanted to end the phone call without giving me the info what should i do with the item i dont need. Horrible service, wont be buying form One Hanes Place ever again. "
"The order was placed on Sunday, 19th July. It was confirmed on Tuesday and was shipped the same day. We got the item this Saturday when USPS delivered it right into our mailbox. It was nicely packed and arrived in great condition. Basically we had ordered WB STRAPLESS and PUSHUP as per the size we wanted and the item we got is the same. It fits properly and we are really happy with this purchase. Thank you to seller because they kept the size of item which we use.

"This is my first time making a purchase from one hanes place. Their customer service is acceptable and well responsive when I get in touch with them of my purchase status. However, the only downside is, they cannot provide me with tracking number for my product order, and since I opt for their free shipping offer, all they can say is that they've sent my package via USPS using regular mail. I have no way of knowing when exactly my package will be shipped by USPS. I'm still waiting for it to arrive, hopefully until 27th the least. I'm not sure I'd ever buy from them again in the future, because their shipping takes a long time and they charge tax...literally the majory of states in USA. I'm not very statisfied with them."

"Although Hanes canceled my first two orders by mistake, I was still able to get a great deal. With the special offer they were running at the time, it was $17.22 for 6 bras, shipping/handling and tax. That comes out to only $2.87 each. Shipping took about 2 weeks, but it was worth the wait."
