"Received an item missing parts from the manufacturer. Contacted Optics Planet about the situation to see about getting the missing parts. Although absolutely no fault of OP... they quickly just sent another one. I've ordered items from OP for a few years now. Orders are what I wanted, get to me fast and priced right. "I ordered my Product on the 24th that same night I noticed the address was incorrect. I sent an email to correct it and even got a reply saying it was corrected.
I called to verify on the 25th the next day and was told that it was to far in the shipping process to change. I spoke to several reps and a supervisor they all blamed pay pal for the incorrect address. I even entered my mailing address on OP's site "you would think they would at very least start there"
Long story long I never received my brace it went to the incorrect address. The only advice I was given was try to intercept at my local post office because they could do nothing with FedEx smart ship and they deliver out of the post office. Well guess what they don't deliver out of the post office in my area.
I spoke with FedEx and they said one phone call from the shipper would of fixed it. After telling OP that they just said there policy won't let them call. Absolutely the worst customer experience I'm out my money and the Product. Surprisingly the person at the wrong address didn't return it imagine that. I just ordered a new Trijicon ACOG that business went to Amazon. I would give zero stars if I could based on this experience. "
