"I found OpticsPlanet recently, and started my research on the correct scope for my application. On-line chat with Coyte was very helpful, to the point of assisting me place the order the same day. I was given the chance to review the recommended scope (Atibal XP6) in parallel with the chat session, via other websites, and ended up being convinced of the "rightness" of the recommendation. The scope and rings arrived a few days later than expected, but that was due to the shipping company's logistics, not OP. After mounting the scope, I performed a laser-boresight rough line-up at 10', then went outdoors and my first two shots at 25 yards were dead on....and that was from a wiggly rest. Need to repeat at a longer range with a solid rest, but expect to be similarly delighted. I'll buy from OP again."

"Had to place same order twice. 1st order was placed 3-31-19; followed up with tracking information sent by OpticsPlanet with the USPS for them to advise that the vendor did not send the merchandise to them, so they told me to contact the vendor. Contacted OpticsPlanet again and they put in another order on 4-10-19; after having to get permission from a Supervisor to expedite my order due to ordering for a birthday and 2 day delivery was finally granted, the order was not delivered as promised for 2 day delivery with FEDEX and had no birthday present to present at party. Finally received my order...not very satisfied with the service. Also was on hold for 45 minutes before a person actually answered to place the 2nd order."
