"I got to know these website through a backpack purchase I was aiming for. They had it and on a good price, bought it and everyday I checked to see how long would take to be delivered (at the moment of the purchase it was told me 5-7 days). During my daily checking I got myself looking for other things and saw the binoculars and bought it. That being said he said if I had any intention of canceling the order, would be better calling back than using the tool option on the website because according to him their email was getting some kind of problems not processing things of that nature, and again I waited 40’ calling next day and the representative didn’t give a s* about me not being satisfied with the service. "Optics Planet really needs to change their delivery vendor because FedEx has been sporadic and terrible. My ordered was placed on 3/31 and shipped on 4/2; I have yet to receive my items. Funny is I also placed another order on 4/2 that arrived a little over a week later. How does this latter order arrive before the first order when they both originate from same place? There have been other times where it takes 2-3 weeks for items to arrive. OP can only say there's "been a delay" but don't know why. It doesn't matter if it's the"free shipping" option because all other sites that offer free shipping takes much less time. In the era of 2 day shipping, OP is way behind and really needs to improvements on shipping times.
