"Ordered three items totally over $180 gross and had a $15 coupon (on over $150). I had to return one item for less than $30 value, but Optics Planet prorated the discount for the credit, even though the balance of the order remained over $150. The ironic thing about this is their customer history shows full credit applied after the return, and the net amount of the invoice including the $15 in full. Their Customer Service just doesn't get it. No prorate on the return if the net order still meets the discount terms. And they have yet to adjust!"

"I purchased a new M&P 22 Compact for my grandson to learn pistols with. About the 150th round (15 magazines ) he asked me if it was ok if there was only one white dot to aim with..... the rear sight lost the blade and some other parts. Smith and Wesson was contacted and after a couple of emails back and forth said they would get the parts right out... I was in a hurry to get the firearm back up and ordered a set of Williams target fire sights for the pistol, five days later they were installed and my grandson was VERY happy with the new sights, bright, easy to see and sturdy (200 rounds last weekend) .. I am still waiting for the factory original parts to show up, they will go into the spare parts box --- I will not be installing on the pistol."
