Their 30 day return policy is great too as it allows you to assess what you bought and if it isn’t what you want just send it back. I don’t like the time it takes to deliver however. I wish they would use two day delivery like amazon prime but I guess since it’s free that is what you get. It takes about a week to receive the order. I returned one of the riflescopes I purchased and they were very good about communicating to me that they received it and that a credit had been issued. "

"I purchased a good product at a very fair price and received it earlier than expected or promised so I have nothing to complain about. I didn’t realize opticsplanet was based in Illinois. I don’t feel great about spending any money that might benefit a state that doesn’t support the US Constitution. I applaud a company able to survive in such a state but I have difficulty respecting it. The service and prices and the website are all great but I won’t be able to continue as a customer. I’ll research better next time or do as I usually do and buy locally. "
