"These sights are a true upgrade for anyone but especially for older eyes! I had a few questions which Optics Planet answered in a timely manner. "First off they use the worst - fedex to usps system. Adds a week on to the delivery date Wheb they could have just paid $3 for usps and I’d have got it in 3 days instead of 2+ weeks. Second issue one of the set screws for the handguard just has no threads. Never cut. So it’s a useless peg. 3rd issue is I emailed optics about it 2 days ago and haven’t got any response. So I guess I’m going to have to go to the hardware store to try and match a screw I should already have.

"So many readons to avoid optics planet entirely. The products are poorly labeled on the webaite, customer service isnt just non-existent, they seem to go out of their way to make sure the customer knows they dont care about you, to the intentionally painful and ridiculous return process, to the total inability and unwillingness of optics planet to cancel orders.

This business is one you shouod avoid at all costs. I gave them a second try after they screwed up my last order and then treated me like garbage and they did the same thing again.

I will *never* give them *any* business ever again. They clearly dont give a damn about their customers. The customer service reps i spoke to made it clear they had nothing but disdain & contempt for customers when i spoke to them.
