"I ordered a Vortex scope because of the great price. I even qualified for 2nd day shipping. I ordered my scope on a Thursday night, so I was not expecting it to ship till Friday. However, by monday all I was notified was that a shipping label was created. Contacted customer service and they said they would investigate and contact me back. They didn't update me so I called again. They confirmed product shipped, but were unsure what happened with the package. Their solution was that after 5 days they could file a claim and once the claim was approved they would either refund the purchase or send me a new one. Of course I had to sign a claim as well and email it to them. Once again, I had to call them to confirm receipt because they fail to keep their customer updated. A couple days pass by, I call them and ask for a status update. The claim was approved. I was given the option of them resending the scope or a refund. I got the scope and two days later it arrived."
