"I made a purchase and then after giving all of the information correctly and paying for expedited shipping.. my order was placed on hold. And then after completing the manual verification process it took 2 days to complete the order.. tha. I asked for the package to be held at the fed ex facility for pick up. Optics planet wanted me to pay another 15 dollars....
This was a gift but after trying to pay for the 15 dollar fee out of pocket they wouldnt take my money... even though i am the recipient ... they would only charge the first card even though i was willing to pay and it was my account.
So i took the day off to make sure i can receive the package because its over 300 dollars.. they call fed ex and ask them to return it to optics planet....
You have tl be kidding me. So i dont get my package. .. i paid over 300 for and then i lose a 10 hour working day at 17 an hour. You are willing to call fedex for free and get my stuff that i paod for sent back. But i cant even pay 15 dollars to have it held. I have suffered a total loss with optics planet!"
