"I made a purchase for a Vortex Cantilever Scope Mount and chose to use a code that was advertised for free 2-day shipping. On the confirmation page prior to checkout it showed the free 2-day shipping, but after the purchase I realized it had charged me. However, the package shipped so quickly, I didn’t get a chance to cancel the order and chose to contact customer service to see if there was anything they could do. They were quick to refund my shipping charge and I still got my package very quickly! Great job!"

"Took thme forever to get the order put together and out for shipping, 5 days after ordering the packaged finally shipped. Unfortunately it was not the entire order. A week later the remainder of the order shipped, that was almost 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received that portion of the order. I am about ready to contact my card company and dispute that part of the order, since I am not even sure what they shipped or if they even did ship anything.

Their prices are no better than anyone else's, their shipping is ungodly slow and trying to get through to them to try and work anything out is impossible, if you like to be on eternal hold go ahead and give that a try.

I will shop elsewhere, i won't make this mistake again."
