"I ordered a very hard to find embedded motherboard from Orbit Micro. They had it listed for over $100 less than I could find anywhere else and other vendors would not even quote me a price unless I wanted to order 25 or more. Orbit Micro did not have the item in stock but ordered it for me direct from the manufacturer. It took three weeks for my order to arrive, but the Orbit Micro customer service rep kept me apprised of the status of the order. Excellent price, outstanding service, will use them in the future and would defiantly recommend them."

"An order was placed for an item (PCI e X1 15" cable extender) shown as being in stock on 12/19/2008. The item was selected and we needed it shipped overnight the selections provided for overnight shipping were exhorbitently high $90.00 (the item was only $69.00). I selected the ground shipping but in the notes section of the order form I explicitly indicated that we wanted to use our own shipping account (account number was given) rather than pay the price indicated. I also followed up with a phone call the next day 12/20/08. During this conversation I specified that the order must ship with our fedex shipping account (account number again verified) and specifically requested shipping overnight. The person I spoke with clearly stated that there was no action taken on this order and that they would ensure that this was done as specified and that a waybill number would be sent to provide tracking of the shipment. None of what was discussed was done. On 1/6/08 I again called Orbit Micro and spoke with Daniel. Daniel indicated that the shipment could not have been sent as and order to build the item (which showed stock and the previous customer rep verified stock). Upon reviewing the order it was found that the order now was for a 3" item and that we were being charged for a 15" item. Daniel was uncertain when the order would be filled and when we would received it. At this point I requested the order be canceled and the AMEX card charge be reversed. He indicated that this would be done. Now 3 emails have been received indicating shipment of an item (3" or 15" is unknown) for $69.00 and $10.00 ground shipping. The need for this item was overnight, we since have resolved our issue and will not accept this shipment. I have never had an issue like this with any online seller. We will NEVER purchase anything from Orbit Micro in the future."
"I ordered a PCI Express Riser card. Unfortunately I found out after the purchase that they cannot verify payment on american express gift cards. I called orbit micro and I was talking to a helpful sales rep in less than 2 minutes. I found out I needed to register the card with american express. After that happened I called back up and the order went through.
All in all orbitmicro was very helpful and their customer service is great."
