"Print quality and service was great, however the status of my order was not updated on the website or sent to me by email (when order shipped, tracking number, etc.). I will use them again and recommend them to others, but with a warning that you just have to trust that your order will get to you by the "expected date". For the curious: I got the sandwich cards. "I use Overnight Prints because of the price and low minimum orders, but you can fall short in consistency. This was really obvious in my recent order, where I ordered 2 sets of the same job. The colors were noticeably different. Also, I'd like it if you would print a few extras on larger orders, to allow for streaks/bent corners/etc. There was also a shipping problem with my order, but OP was quick to get the issue resolved."

"It took me two months to receive the order of business cards I placed, mostly because they insisted they would be shipped to my house, wouldn't allow me to include my PO Box and then the order delivery was attempted to my PO Box. Then when they finally were reprinted and re-shipped, the printing is off center and the color on one order is off. And this wasn't a file error on my part, as all three pieces of the order were from the same file and settings. Then upon trying to place another order, I was continuously told I couldn't include my PO box # with my street address, and that there were several errors in my design file which in fact there was not. I canceled that second order and decided to go to another printer. I'll gladly pay more money to have my prints made correctly and within a reasonable time frame."

"Overnight prints needs to work on quality control. There is no excuse for a customer to receive anorder where logos, etc are cut off of the edge when a file has been set up properly according to their specs. A real human should take 20 seconds and just spot check each order to make sure it looks ok. After 2 order attempts, the third finally came through ok. The previous orders were trimmed way inside the safety area, and the green logo on my order shifted to yellow for about half of my order. I understand this sometimes happens when printing, but is inexcusable for it to be delivered that way to me. I was then unable to deliver job to customer. A quick quality control would have made my experience with Overnight Prints better. Customer service should also be schooled in print production terminology and process, as I might as well have been speaking to a wall when explaining the problems with my order. You get what you pay for….BEWARE!!!!"
