We were going to have to make two orders and pay two separate shipping charges. After a few phone calls, someone was able to help me cancel the first two orders and reorder in one. "This is my second time ordering from them. I always have problems with: the interface, sent back errors of my card design which prolonged the shipping and printing process and shipping charges aren't cheap. I remember when I rushed my order for the first batch of cards, I didn't get it until weeks later. They didn't even refund me my rushed shipping costs. When I received my cards, one was scratched but I didn't want to go through hell to complain over 1 card. I feel like they don't honor what they stand for. At least they respond to my questions within the 48 hour window. And the print quality is good. I think you're better off using their simple designs than putting up any of your creative designs. Just to avoid any complications and late shipping."

"Tri-fold shipped out with the outside shifted making the back panel off center. Called for correction and was reshipped - I paid for the additional for quick shipment due to my client's deadline. The problem still existed on the reorder with about 30% or more offset. No time to reorder be we have some usable but we obviously we're less than thrilled. All of your other products have been really nice but again your tri-fold production quality control is horrible. This is NOT the only tri-fold I've ordered from you with problems!
Many of my orders are shipped to other parts of the country so I'm not able to preview them before my client see them. I'm very nervous every time I order them. I mentioned on the phone I would be willing to pay an extra fee for someone at the production house in Louisville to do last look over.
I really want to continue my tri-fold orders with you; I love the convenience you made for me and pricing is comparable to my local print house....but again the convenience is really what you have. ...being able to place orders after hours....etc...
Please, please try and get this issue of quality control corrected.
