"Everything cam in on time and looked great. However, there were occasions where the UV spot printing was not accurate or completely forgotten on a card. Also, I am a platinum member and still get charged for rounded corners. I hope they find a solution for those problems."

Both times I simply gave up.
Then, the next day, I tried again to place my order and your system would not accept my credit card - Grrrrrr.
I did everything correct.
I gave up again and started to look for another on-line printer.
I got too busy at work to keep looking, so, toward the end of the day, your page was still on my computer, so, I decided to try ONCE LAST TIME to get my order placed.
It finally went through....
I have bought from you for about 6 or 7 years and I have ALWAYS been happy with the printing and your customer service.

"I set up online business cards double sided and they didnt print the image i supplied. They stated it was my fault that they cut off 3 and 1/2 lines. Anybody can see where words are cut in half with only the top showing is wrong but their setup man, production man, packing man all didnt care enough to flag it so i got 3/4 of a card. After numerous conversations with customer service I hung up knowing im going to Vista Prints in the future. Blame me for their error and all the incompetent employees they have there to let trash ship like they produced and shipped and wont replace. GO TO VISTA PRINTS instead "
