"I had spoke with someone before ordering to make sure I was getting the correct product I needed. They directed me and it ended up being the wrong type of paper. I could not use the prints. On top of that they would only offer me store credit and come to find out, the product I needed (normal paper) was going to cost $100 more than the heavy, glossy card stock that I received. This was the second time I've used the company. The first time, my prints were off centered. On top of all this, I waited for 25 minutes on hold to speak to the defect department which makes me think they deal with a lot of defects. "

"The quality of the print is awesome. My problem is with customer service. I called and was on hold for a long time before I was given the option for a call back. Once I got the call back I was transferred to a different department where I was on hold for 25 min. then disconnected. I called back just to be put on hold of another 20 min.
I was told there was an issue with my order that I decided I could live with the order was pushed through after 3 days I sent an email to ask if I could fix the issue without losing my ship date. That email was unanswered until after my order was sent to production. In the end it didn't matter because everything looks great and I will probably use overnight prints again in the future, but please try to provide better communication."
"Our cards arrived with stains and the ink from the card in front transferred to the card behind. This happened in prior orders too, but we thought we would give you another chance. Not sure we will return for more cards orders nor recommend Overnight prints to our business associates or friends. So saddening.

"Do not get me wrong I love this company and I think they do a quality job for the time and pricing and despite a mishap with a brochure recently I still had them print a clients business cards last week and they were pretty good. However my brochure, despite looking perfect on the screen layout printed the middle back panel off center and now have to take out of my own pocket to get reprinted. I think their online software for uploading your own designs needs improvement. "
"Still dealing with them on a bad reorder!! have no cards left now and its approaching 3 weeks. Did business with these people since 2006 and ordered several times and can't believe this horrible CS and lack of QC on the cards they sent over. I could understand if this was a NEW order but have reordered my business cards several times, will not order from them again. "
