I do have a question, however. Why does a quantity of 100 postcards cost MORE THAN TWICE that of a quantity of 50? Instead of ordering 100, I ordered two sets of 50 to save money. That caused the order to be shipped in two small boxes (when it would have fit in 1 small box) and in a larger overall box, adding to Overnight Prints shipping costs."

"I ordered cards with a gloss coated front and the cards came without the gloss. I called the customer service number and got tired of waiting. My first e-mail to the company was ignored. For the second the response was to take a photo of all the cards (500 of them), fanned out, to show the defect and e-mail it to them. I haven't downloaded and e-mailed the photos yet (hmmmm - I'm too busy for this)The e-mail implied they had not even checked to see what I ordered. I'm surprised they don't keep a sample card on file for a small amount of time. I would like the cards to be replaced or at least partially refunded. It seems like they don't want to make it easy - guess we'll see."
