"The price was better than competitors, but the quality was not. The other provider seemed to have higher quality paper and with them, the folds lined up perfectly. With your company, the folds were somewhat offset. So, overall, not sure if I'd use you again or competitor for slightly more. "

"I placed the order and paid over $300 for three day shipping service to be sure to have the marketing materials in time for a trade show. Received a notice a day later saying that the delivery would not be made until 6 days later, two days after the end of the trade show. Called the "VIP" telephone number and spoke to three people who said basically "sorry about your bad luck, nothing we can do". After the third conversation, spoke with a customer service supervisor named Rebecca Taylor, who told me she would catch the packages before they left the loading dock and get them to me overnight. Great! The packages arrive the day before the trade show started and the print quality looks like something off of a home printer. Our logo on all of the pieces was printed black, not the colors of the proofs. The front and back of the business cards was also printed in black, not color.
To summarize, this order was over $900 with shipping. I am spreading the word about Overnight Prints to as many business colleagues as I can.
I have used Overnight Prints many times before. Sometimes the service has been OK. The last three times I have used them, there has been service and quality problems. This is absolutely the last time I will ever buy from them again. I have referred the issue to the Better Business Bureau for their help in resolving the issue of having materials that aren't what I ordered and have already paid over $900 for! "
