"Some of the products were not accurately cut properly and ended up much smaller than a 4x6 finish as another set within the order was cut properly so when stack together the miscut postcards were smaller in width by .25" These were time sensitive prints and I've gone through a hassel trying to get reprints from them. I wish they would be more careful and have a better attention to detail when cutting the products."
"They really went "above and beyond" with their customer care. Through no fault of theirs, the PO delivered my order in a box that was dented and water-damaged, with the result that 25 of the cards were ruined. When I notified the company, they responded quickly and offered to replace the cards. Less than a week later, the new cards arrived. Very impressed with their customer service!!"

1. Grey was inconsistent - light on some cards and dark on others
2. FINGERPRINTS on many of the cards
3. Designs were REJECTED repeatedly, even though they had not been rejected on previous orders.
4. Finally, after the order was submitted successfully and shipped on its way to us, we received additional REJECTION EMAILS.

"Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with my last purchase. I had paid the extra money to have the product shipped and received by Friday. However, I did not receive the product until Monday. I needed the product by Friday and purposely paid the extra cost to make sure that I would receive it on time. It was stressful not to have received it on time and waiting for it. I also attempted to call THREE times to the company to inquire about the whereabouts of the shipment, however, was never able to get through to a representative. This last shipment was just a headache, unfortunately. Lastly, when I received my business cards, finally, they were all cut so close to the edge of the text. It made the cards look so unprofessional. I had confirmed online and made sure that there was enough space between the edge of the card and the text prior to confirming the order. However, once the cards were received, the text was so close to the edge, we were lucky the letters were not cut off all the way. This last experience was stressful.
