"My business card had an all black background. Cutting of the cards wasn't accurate. A good number of the cards had some white on the edges, meaning the cards weren't cut accurately. I was happy with my two other orders though and will order again."

I made a complaint and they gave me a 50% credit for what I paid- totally understandable, mistakes happen. Got the business cards a few days later- they were in the same condition. I didn't complain this time. We will use our credit on our next order (one that isn't as important) and we will not use overnight prints again. I will notify our corporate office to do the same."

"Was excited when I saw that my cards have come in the mail. However, that changed quickly once I saw the cards. 6 people from my office have gotten cards through your company and so I thought it would be a piece of cake. Unfortunately when I received the cards, the black lettering was very faint and the back of the card was upside down. The back of the card was also the wrong color green. I will be calling to have these redone and will specify what they should look like when I do.

"The brochures were supposed to arrive last week. This is now Nov 1st and we are leaving for our event tomorrow morning with NO brochures."

"I paid extra for expedited shipping as I needed cards for an important sales meeting. They "estimated" 2-day delivery to arrive on a Friday and the cards didn't arrive until the next Thursday, 2 days after the Tuesday meeting they were needed for.
I was advised of the delay and told the delivery dates were just "estimated." Then, when I asked for a refund on the shipping, I was told to email them after they were received. I emailed and received no response.
It's amazing that a company called Overnight Prints is so bad at rushing a shipment as this has happened several times over the years."

"Overnight Prints - in a big way - promotes "But It Today Get It Tomorrow" or BITGIT. They even went through the trouble to put a little trademark symbol after it. The copy on the websites says that if you order before 8pm today then you will have the order the next day. You have to pay awhopping surcharge on shipping. I paid FORTY DOLLARS to ship a tiny box of 125 business cards.
Its not true though. There is no BITGIT.
I was speaking at an event on a Wednesday and placed the order on the previous Monday. I confirmed via their customer service CHAT that it would arrive on time and they said yes.
Of course it did NOT arrive on time. In fact it arrived AFTER my event!
I complained via email, via chat and even via twitter. I have copies of all the communications. The response via all channels was "READ THE SMALL PRINT" We only "try" to get it to you tomorrow. In fact I only found out the order was going to be late because the shipping company tracking number showed it hadn't even left the origin city on the day I was supposed to have it in my hands. No proactive communications on OvernightPrint's part.
They gave me a small discount refunded to my shipping. That is useless to me. They refused to cancel the order or even to remove the shipping charge entirely!
The service should be called "Buy It Today and MAYBE You'll get it tomorrow but you still have to Pay"
What annoys me is that if they would be HONEST from the start I would have planned accordingly - having express cards printed locally for pickup. I trusted them and went without cards.
My advice: STAY AWAY from this company which promises one thing in big print and then crosses its fingers in the small print."
"It used to be that I would joke about how it would take a long time to receive my business cards from "Overnight" Prints. With this last purchase, (my 6th order with them), my only option for delivery was literally overnight. I had always received good quality business cards in the past. This time, many cards came with indents, like from a piece of machinery used and about half of my order came without rounded corners, as they were ordered.
The website is very easy to use and the online process is user friendly. My order was reprinted and sent to me in a timely manner, which I am grateful for. I really like Overnight Prints and hope that they haven't decided to now exchange quality for speedy delivery."
