"Ordered bookmarks through them. Firstly they have the wrong size for upload in one area of their site so uploading was a pain because had to change file size first so it wouldn't stretch out. Received rounded edge bookmarks , but it looks like they shifted during cutting because one of the sides is uneven and one corner is pointy and weird of most of them. The print quality is fine though. "

"Hello , I am really sorry to write a bad review but my card looked soooo good in the computer and the order arrived and i paid some 35 bucks and i have to simply discard my cards as the card did not look bright at all and the color is so dull and people will have trouble reading my phone number even and my photo looks super dull. I would never recommend my realtor friend to use your firm as i work in a brokerage where there are 500 brokers and i never had such bad experience. I paid extra money to get it shipped sooner and turned out that i cant even use them! as clients would have even hard time reading my phone number! However in the computer, it really looked great. "f I could give a rating below 1, I would. I have used overnight prints several times and have referred various organizations that I have worked for -- but no longer. I ordered business cards for my organization and needed them before 3 people were set to travel internationally. I ordered them with plenty of time, but when they showed up, a set was missing.

Using the live chat, I was connected with "Alex" who told me "an unforeseen system failure occurred with your order, for some reason or another the file design was not accepted in the press system."

He said they would recreate the order, and when I asked if I could get them by Monday at noon, he said "I can set it up for rush shipping ... but would have to charge you the expedited shipping fee." So essentially I would have to pay to get them when I needed them because of a mistake made by the company!

When I said I would not pay anything additional and that I would likely not be a customer of Overnight Prints moving forward, Alex said "Okay that is fine." What great service you have...
