The first time I wasn't thrilled with the quality, but for the price and convenience I decided to order another set of 500 folders. Big mistake. This time the folders came in with faded spots on the corners and almost every single one has a defect at the bottom of the folder. Looks like the printer pinched each one as they went through. I'm surprised they mailed them out as is - any reputable company would have flagged the order and reprinted. I will not order from Overnight Prints again."

"My businesses have placed orders with Overnight Prints for almost 15 years. When we started ordering from them, they were the best out there and extremely high quality. That has changed. We recently ordered $700 worth of business cards and magnets from them. These magnets, unlike prior orders , were of extremely poor quality and over a third of them wouldn't even stick enough to stay up by themselves. When I contacted customer service to let them know (wasn't even asking for anything!), they were rude and insisted that the only way they could help was if I sorted out ALL of the magnets that didn't work and take a video of it. Now... we have 3 offices, so running around collecting up magnets - many of which were already w/ clients - wasn't feasible. Instead of looking into it and checking their own stock, they just told me "we won't do anything without proof". So... our companies will no longer be using them. I could understand if I wanted something from them, but I was just trying to point out a quality issue to them. They have zero interest, apparently, in doing anything about it. So... would NOT recommend ordering from this company!"

"Needed business cards fast as UPS lost my order from another printer and that printer could NOT expedite reprints. There was initially concern about getting the cards on time as the showed as printed, but didn't show as picked up by the carrier. I called, and customer service was friendly and able to upgrade the shipping.

What I didn't fully understand was that while an order may be in print, that will include time to print, dry, cut, & package, so if it is printing now it's not going to ship in an hour.

"When a customer pays for an added service, like rounded corners on bookmarks or postcards, they expect them to be done properly, not with dull blades and off-kilter. Or from the wrong side (back vs. front). This isn't the first time it's happened either. The last year's worth of orders have been rather sloppy. Even if you pay for the added 'quality' check. Overall, Overnight Prints pricing is good, but the quality has gone down hill. I'm a frequent customer of over 3 years and now I'm thinking about having to go elsewhere."

"I have been looking for a good eco friendly printer with great pricing and fast service for awhile now and I was really happy to come across Overnight Prints. My clients who are wanting to be eco friendly are very happy that I have a good source for this. The pricing is outstanding and I love the VIP point system. So far I've printed two jobs, both business cards. This particular recent job was for about 4,000 business cards with Spot UV. The Spot UV looked great and came out perfect. Our biggest reason for using Overnight Prints for this job was the turnaround time. I wasn't able to get the cards back fast enough from any other vendors and Overnight Prints made this possible. They even made it possible to have overnight shipping for 4000 cards at an amazingly cheap price. I was blown away!

My only complaint so far is in the cutting of the cards. It looks as if some of them are cut slightly shorter. I've held them up and the difference isn't enough to make a huge deal but it's there. The only other frustration is in paper choices. I have clients who really want thicker cards but not extremely thick. I typically order 16pt or 18pt cards and the 15pt stock just feels a little less thick and professional. I know it isn't that huge of a jump in pt size but you can really feel it when you hold both in your hand. Other than those few complaints I am very happy with Overnight Prints and will definitely be using them again."
