"Ive used ovetrnightprints.com a dozen times for various print projects and the price and quality just cant be beat. hands down. I tried vista print once and what a nightmare that was. waste of time, they sent me paper business cards printed from someones inkjet printer! horrible quality. Overnightprints.com is the BEST. "

Reasonable Prices Fast Shipping

"I've used Overnight Prints for many years both personally and for business marketing materials and I am always satisfied with the results. I have ordered several different types of products in quantities of 1000 to as few as 50 and the quality has been great with everything. With standard shipping I usually get the items ahead of the scheduled delivery time, and have yet to have a delayed order. They have plenty of promotions so I'm always able to get my marketing materials at a reasonable price."

Great quality!

"Loved how my business cards turned out. They look great. My only complaint is the packaging they were shipped in. The box is very small, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but there was nothing protecting them inside the box; they were just sitting loose inside the box they were shipped in. Luckily, they were not damaged, though.

Overall, I would definitely order from them again.

Service is to be desired but eventually got what I paid for.

"I paid extra shipping to have my business cards delivered before I had an event. I was told after I made my payment I had missed the 5pm cutoff time by literally 61 seconds and did not receive my order until after my event. I will not be using this service anymore. "

Bad all around

"Kept getting the same gentleman at cust. service. Refused to have a supervisor take the call. Promised a call back, never happened. Prints were not too bad, some had lines on them. Vey disappointed. Paid s lot of money to have them shipped fast. Slow, ground shipping made cards come too late. NEVER will I go through this company again. I now have a bunch of cards that I can tell every person I hand them to not to go where I went. "

Cutting corners

"Everything was great except for the fact that they cut the last letter of my email off. I cannot use more than Half of my cards. It says ****@****? Instead of edu because the u has Ben cut off. Business cards are about being professional and standing out. Mine will now stand out for negative reasons. "

"ordered business cards asked for a modification had to pay for the cards received notification on how much the card modification was next thing I know the cards were shipped overnight prints new I wanted to modify the business card. I called and was told Sorry nothing I can do.

I have been ordering for years I am a quick learner I will take my $$ elsewhere

"If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I've used this company for years, and they've slid further and further down the pole of quality and customer service in that time. This last time, I made a small order of business cards since I recently re-branded. I ordered them, then went about my business. The day they were supposed to be delivered, they weren't so I went on to check my account. It said the order had been placed in the "bad queue" for some issue. The issue was not detailed. I received no email (I double checked). There was no issue with the file (as I said, used them for years, very familiar with their file requirements). I gave the go-ahead to print them anyway, despite the unnamed issue. I paid for upgraded shipping to receive them soon, since I had already waited weeks. They were supposed to arrive today. They did not. I check online and they were even printed yet, much less out for delivery. I contacted customer service online and was so mad I had to step away from the computer for part of it. I asked for a refund and for the my order to printed and sent expedited shipping. It was an incredibly small order- with BOTH shipping charges and the product charge, less than $30. A refund and print for the massive inconvenience of not having these items should have been a no-brainer, given the many orders we place and the longevity of my account. My customer service rep, Christiane, and her lead, Patrick, beat around the bush for an hour about a refund, finally saying that the best they could do would be to issue a partial shipping refund. After over an hour of back and forth, I eventually cancelled my order and have deleted my account with them. Anyone interested in reading the customer service experience in its entirety, feel free to contact me, I saved it. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible."

Mostly Good, sometimes bad

"I have been very pleased with Overnight Prints for my last 5 orders. But, the most current delivery was disappointing and left me remembering a time when the quality was so poor I almost left them as my main supplier. They did improve, but now that I see today's delivery, I am once again disappointed. It means I have to shoot photos, write letters and then wait for another round of printing... all the time my projects go on hold as I wait for the printing to be made again. I give them 4 stars because I think they are trying. I would give them 2 stars for quality today. Onetime delivery is 5 stars right now. "
