"I've used Overnight Prints for many years both personally and for business marketing materials and I am always satisfied with the results. I have ordered several different types of products in quantities of 1000 to as few as 50 and the quality has been great with everything. With standard shipping I usually get the items ahead of the scheduled delivery time, and have yet to have a delayed order. They have plenty of promotions so I'm always able to get my marketing materials at a reasonable price."
"Loved how my business cards turned out. They look great. My only complaint is the packaging they were shipped in. The box is very small, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but there was nothing protecting them inside the box; they were just sitting loose inside the box they were shipped in. Luckily, they were not damaged, though.
Overall, I would definitely order from them again."

Business cards are about being professional and standing out. Mine will now stand out for negative reasons. "

"If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I've used this company for years, and they've slid further and further down the pole of quality and customer service in that time. This last time, I made a small order of business cards since I recently re-branded. I ordered them, then went about my business. The day they were supposed to be delivered, they weren't so I went on to check my account. It said the order had been placed in the "bad queue" for some issue. The issue was not detailed. I received no email (I double checked). There was no issue with the file (as I said, used them for years, very familiar with their file requirements). I gave the go-ahead to print them anyway, despite the unnamed issue. I paid for upgraded shipping to receive them soon, since I had already waited weeks. They were supposed to arrive today. They did not. I check online and they were even printed yet, much less out for delivery. I contacted customer service online and was so mad I had to step away from the computer for part of it. I asked for a refund and for the my order to printed and sent expedited shipping. It was an incredibly small order- with BOTH shipping charges and the product charge, less than $30. A refund and print for the massive inconvenience of not having these items should have been a no-brainer, given the many orders we place and the longevity of my account. My customer service rep, Christiane, and her lead, Patrick, beat around the bush for an hour about a refund, finally saying that the best they could do would be to issue a partial shipping refund. After over an hour of back and forth, I eventually cancelled my order and have deleted my account with them. Anyone interested in reading the customer service experience in its entirety, feel free to contact me, I saved it. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible."
"I have been very pleased with Overnight Prints for my last 5 orders. But, the most current delivery was disappointing and left me remembering a time when the quality was so poor I almost left them as my main supplier. They did improve, but now that I see today's delivery, I am once again disappointed. It means I have to shoot photos, write letters and then wait for another round of printing... all the time my projects go on hold as I wait for the printing to be made again. I give them 4 stars because I think they are trying. I would give them 2 stars for quality today. Onetime delivery is 5 stars right now. "
