"Overnight Prints delivered a beautiful product, and they had one of the best user interfaces for ordering that I've seen. The problem is that I ordered two things and paid extra for quick shipping. One of the things came on time--the add-on item, not my business cards, which I really needed by this date. My business cards came 5 days after the promised delivery date, and I was already out of town on business at that point.
The real problem, though, was that I wrote customer service and explained that I paid extra for a service I wasn't getting (quick shipping), and they wrote back and said "Sorry, your order is coming soon. Hope you aren't too inconvenienced." Which, as I had clearly stated, I was. No offer for a refund or anything else was given."
