"The name is misleading...I ordered a time sensitive product, was assured we'd get it in a week, but received the product one day after our event! Overnight print is more like in a few days print. The product turned out fine, just don't count on a quick turnaround, even after double checking your order."

"Here's the thing...We love this company, great business cards, we've been using them for 8 years now, but this last order didn't go so smooth. In my opinion, if something is wrong it's the company's responsibility to contact the customer so that things can get fixed. Isn't that why I provide an email and a phone number? And I also believe that it's the company's responsibility to make it right. If you take my money and don't bother to tell me something is wrong then just don't ship...bogus. At the very least it should be shipped to me ASAP without me having to call and ask for it.

"I have dealt with this company in the past and found them to be very professional in every way, even though i should give 5 stars I did find one glitch that i am not too impressed with and really, not entirely the companies fault, I had to put a hold on the print process for 3 minutes after my boss needed me to edit the image (he did review the design for 3 days before hand) this delay set the printing and delivery process back a full week (expected delivery date 10/27/15), Still trying to wrap my head around that, I do however look forward to getting our cards because I know they will be of the highest quality.
