"They first notified me of images I had submitted that were too large so I edited them. Everything seemed to fit into their parameters so I approved the order. I received the order and I was very disappointed. None of the booklets had centered images. A few pages here and there were close but I felt I had a valid claim. They asked for pictures so I sent them. Rather than working with me the manager simply emailed me telling me the pictures showed that my booklets were within their specs so they would not re-print them. I can't remember the last time I complained to a vendor so I know I'm not unreasonable or demanding."

"I ordered some business cards that I needed for an event where I had the potential to make a lot more new Author clients. The cards came messed up from a bad cut batch, they were unusable. At first I was happy with the way the person I spoke with on the phone handled things, but then I got (probably a generated) email saying they would give me HALF my money back in instore credit! I DO NOT WANT THAT. Then they told me that in order to get a refund I had to send the cards back. The person on the phone saw the cards on his end, he said he would put in a refund request for me. I can not use the cards for anything, yet I am still waiting for my money to get back to me. I showed them the pics of the messed up cards. I am almost ready to tell my hundreds of author friends that I have that use this site to not use them anymore! "

"The colour quality on the card was poor. This is a card that we have ordered in the past and one side had the same image but much duller colour. The other side had a new photo that we uploaded and the overall hue is very green. In the past you could call and discuss your dissatisfaction, however now you have to send a spread of photos to show the defect. I don't have time to waste convincing them they did a poor job, so I'll just order somewhere else next time."
